What a worthless company this is. I would give them ""no stars"" if I could for their horrible communication and customer service. They were scheduled a week ago through my home warranty company for a repair on my hot water heater. A week later, and TWO NO SHOWS, I have asked the warranty company to reschedule some one else as I can no longer listen to Rising Rooters excuses. The woman that answers the phone, that is if you don't get voice mail, is totally inept at scheduling and communication. She even throws the technicians under the bus when she cant do her job! DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. There are better choices out there from companies that really care about their customers and business, unfortunately Rising Rooter has no clue how to do this. Horrible!

Javier was fantastic. He worked as quickly as possible to help us get hot water back. He was also very helpful with explaining what the repair timeline looked like given the constraints created by Choice Home Warranty. I will certainly be calling him again if any issues arise.
