OMG. I called them this morning because I get no hot water and the company who installed my tankless heater in 2015 is out of business. It was a bad install and a lemon tank, so they installed a top of the line product at a reasonable price and was done in 3 hours. They really saved the day! So professional and courteous too. George came over this morning on a short notice. Right over the phone, he was able to give me the most likely reason our water heater failed. And a quote. He come over, did the work in 15 minutes, and left. Very courteous service. Very polite. He was also able to recommend next steps if I have more problems. Suggested another brand. Last week I discovered a leak in my house. After a little investigating I discovered it was my water heater. After calling Rishon Plumbing I discovered I did pretty good with my existing water heater with 23 years. He requested some pictures of of my existing one and confirm what size water heater I would need. So I texted it over to him. With in 10 minutes he called me back and gave me my estimate for the job and he could do it late afternoon, but the same day. I was happy about being able to handle it right way but I needed to go to work. I told him I'll have my Mom & Aunt be there to assist you on the install. He said no problem. I heard it went over very smooth from them and the estimate was spot on. They were very helpful and honest guys...I would definitely recommend them for your projects.

Incredible experience. First to respond with a quote for leaking toilet, great price and very responsive to messages. The service itself was extremely efficient, despite having a hectic morning, it was done in under 30 min. These guys were amazing, fast and honest. I called about 20 plumber that were all giving me crazy high prices and trying to make the job bigger than what it was. They can out took a look, check, test and were able to gave a fair price on the spot. Super nice guys, took the time to explain the problem and gave me maintenance tips. If it were possible i would have given more stars to this company. Had a leaking water heater called many companies for replacement quotes. Rishon was the only one who took their time to explain my options so i could make the best decision that fits my needs. They also gave me a quote that was reasonable and within the scope of my budget. Came out the same day replaced my leaking heater change some old additional parts and in 30 minutes i was taking a shower. Thank you Rishon plumbing, highly recommend!

For 6 months, the sound of our water circulator pump has been driving me insane. It clearly had not been installed properly by the previous owner. The pump was crackling so loud I had to wear ear plugs at night on a different floor! Here's the before video to see what I mean:
