My hot water heater stopped working at 11 pm and, after watching an hour's worth of YouTube videos and failing to figure out the problem, I began reaching out to plumbing companies so I could make an emergency appointment to get our hot water back on. George from Rishon immediately answered my Yelp inquiry and, when I had questions he asked if he could call me. I was still awake trying to figure out the problem so I took his call. George helped me figure out that my water heater hadn't actually broken and that the actual cause of my problem was that the seismic shutoff valve attached to our meter outside had accidentally been triggered, shutting off gas to our house. I FaceTimed with George and he walked me through how to adjust the seismic shutoff valve to restart the gas in our house. And then he walked me through restarting our hot water heater. And the problem was fixed! George offered his time generously free of charge. I seriously owe him one. Next time I have any plumbing needs the first company I'll call will be Rishon. Amazing people and genuine kindness. Thank you George!

Our tankless water heater finally died. I searched Yelp for a plumber and found Rishon. I sent a message through Yelp (on a Sunday evening), and received a response from George of Rishon within an hour! He asked that I send him some photos of the old unit and we spoke on the phone about replacement options. He quoted a fair price that included a new unit and labor. He offered to do the work the next day, and installation took less than 2 hours. Very professional, straight forward, and courteous. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I am using Rishon Plumbing for my plumbing issues.

This time I had my sewer backing up in the front yard. I called George and they came out on the same day. They cleaned the sewer and pulled out a lot of tree roots.

Now we are preparing for a big project of replacing the sewer line and guess who is going to do it. RISHON PLUMBIMG.

Called to have our tankless water heater flushed/serviced and so happy I did! Not only did he identify a problem where a connector was corroding, he was able to repair for a very reasonable price. I needed a new spigot in my patio as well as to raise the pipe out of a hole in the patio floor (don't know why the spigot was set up that way originally!). We received two bids, and Rishon's bid was significantly lower. He made the bid from a picture I sent and didn't even need to come over. So efficient!
