I'm glad I've found Rishon Plumbing. They have completed several big and small projects at my rental property and at home within the last a year or two: leaking, squeaking, not working items. They impressed me last time when they've finally solved a big mystery of my bath tub: the water was not draining, even though another plumber cleaned all pipes. Rishon Plumbing team found a piece of plastic inside and replaced a small section of the pipe that was reduced in size. These ""figure it out"" personalities are hard to find.

Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters is definitely the best out of all the plumbing services I have had. Both of the owners, George and John, are very friendly, trustworthy, skillful, knowledgeable and professional.

They were the second company I called when our water heater broke. I was quite impressed when George gave me an estimate over the phone after I sent him few pictures of the existing water heater. He was also very responsive in answering my calls and texts. When I shared the quote from the other company I contacted, he commented they will beat the other company's price and they will only fix everything that doesn't work, they will never charge their customers with unnecessary services/parts.

I asked if they could replace the filters for my reverse osmosis water filtration system, he said he will include it in my quote with no additional charge as long as I order the filters and have them ready when they arrive at my home. His offer was so sweet that I immediately decided to have Rishon Plumbing and Water Heaters take care of the annual maintenance service for both my water heater and the reverse osmosis system from now on.

John and George arrived at my house punctually with face masks and friendly smiles. John inspected all the parts of my existing water heater first. When checking the water shut-off valve, he showed me it didn't work at all and must be replaced. Then they removed my existing water heater and replaced it with a brand new 50-gallon Bradford White water heater. They finished not one, but two jobs, replacing the water heater and changing the water filters of my water filtration system, within two hours, I was quite amazed! I really appreciate when John shared funny stories and punchlines before, during and after the job was done, his positive attitude and sense of humor was the cherry on top.

Within an hour after they left my house, they emailed me the invoice, they even included the warranty on parts/labor as well as future maintenance plan info., I am very happy with their reasonable pricing and have no doubt that hiring Rishon Plumbing and Water Heaters was by far the best decision I have ever made since I became a homeowner 21 years ago. I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing and Water Heaters's service if you are looking for top quality service and the most reasonable price.
