Meticulous water heater installation by George!!! Thank you George for accommodating my tenants "" lack of hot water emergency"" in the most responsive way. I called at 7pm the night before and the water heater was installed the next day!! I know construction and couldn't make it out to do it myself and after seeing the photos of the completed job that George provided, he did such a nice installation that I simply wouldn't be able to match his quality of work!! His billing software made paying very easy and secure from a landlord's perspective!!

They did a great job! Very fast and reliable and glad I called them. I had a leak under the sink and thought it might be a much larger issue, but it turned out that it was just a valve replace, with the water only turned off for about 10 minutes.

I just bought a new rental property that needed some major work done. George was the 3rd plumber I had called to get a bid. I had a very tight timeline due to the building inspector coming out to inspect some work done on the property, and I needed him to repair a mickey mouse job done by the previous seller. He was able to strap 4 water heaters, redo all the piping underneath 4 kitchen sinks, replace a tub spout that did not work, as well as a kitchen faucet that was not working. He was able to fix all these things at a much more reasonable price that the previous bids on a much faster timeline that previously quoted. I don't know whether the other plumbers were trying to overcharge me because I was a woman.

He came back a few days later to help me replace 30 ft of the drain pipe underneath the house that was also poorly constructed by the previous owner. He showed me all the old pipes, explained and showed me what work had been done to give me piece of mind that everything was done properly. He did not try to sell me on extras, and he even made suggestions that actually saved me a little money.

He was on time, had great communication, very fair pricing (not the highest or the lowest), and great work ethic. I would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for my next project.

I just had my water regulator and valve changed this morning by George & John and they did an amazing job. They came over last Thursday and gave me a quote and I knew that from their expertise these were the men to get (I had many quotes). They tested all of my faucets given that my house pressure regulator was not working, my shower continued to make an awful noise after changing the pressure but in less than 5 min. they were able to figure out that it was my hose not the house. I shopped around for sure but these are definitely the best of all of my research and I was beyond satisfied with their work.

The service at Rishon is outstanding. We had a problem with our water heater and they were able to come out the same day. Other plumbers give you the run around, say they will call back, but never follow though. When Rishon sets up an appointment, they are prompt. George & John were very professional & courteous. They were timely and their prices were reasonable. We will definitely refer them to our friends and family in Santa Monica.
