Would highly recommend against allowing anyone from this company into your home. Was having an emergency (water pouring out from the bathtub and toilet) and, after waiting for hours for Riptide to show up, left the plumber (I think his name was Greg) alone in the house while my wife and I went to rent a shopvac and other equipment to clean the mess. When we returned home an hour later, we found the water STILL pouring out of the bathroom and found the plumber in the other side of the house in my teenage daughter's room going through her dirty laundry hamper! When we caught him he made some excuse about looking for a water shutoff valve. That's an obvious lie because the shutoff is located in the basement and in the opposite side of the house.

We kicked this pervert out of the house and notified the BBB but want to make sure that others don't allow this man, or anyone from Riptide Plumbing, into their home.
