I've been trying to get an estimate for the past three months. I've spoken to Kiki several times about getting a quote. They did a repair months ago, and I asked if the issue in the same area would be covered, but I've been given the runaround. According to Kiki, the plumber has not gotten back to her. I was happy with their work and really liked them, so I hate to leave a bad review, but this experience has been disappointing.

We had our annual Backflow Test and the company we have been loyal to for 3 decades came in to provide its service. Unfortunately the 2"" pipe did not pass and needed to be replaced and retested. They prepared a proposal for the repair and the price was SHOCKING! I emailed 8 other companies to compare prices. Ripple Plumbing , James, not only provided us with an amazing price but also proved to be trustworthy and honest. I asked him to check our garbage disposal and he said there was nothing wrong with it it is just a low noise disposal but it was working perfectly. This is unheard of most companies will try to take advantage of you. He did replaced a handle in one of our toilets... the water was nonstop running. RIPPLE PLUBING will be our go to plumber moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend them- we cannot find honest people very often so they will a company we recommend to anyone who is in need of a professional, friendly, efficient, honest and helpful company. Kiki in the office was very friendly and was able to get us onto their schedule right away. I am sure you will as pleased as we were!

I had a bathroom redone and these guys needed to redo that part of the house. Didn't try to upsell me on the whole house repipe like others. They said they could tap in where the work was being done or they could give an estimate to do it all. They said it wasn't needed but it was an option. Nice, clean, and straight to the point.

If you want a plumbing or gas job done correctly, then this is the place to go. First of all, the Owner ""James"" is very knowledgeable and experienced in both and so are all of his employees. I have been using these guys since they opened their doors and will never use anyone else. From KiKi in the office who does scheduling who is a complete gem, to Carlos who is one of the exceptional plumbers that is a frequent flier at my business.
