I got totally played by this plumber. I was switching out a sink in my kitchen. This job was supposed to take 45 minutes tops ended up taking two and 1/4 hours. So uncomfortable and soo unhappy. I got a bill for 339.00 from Jeremy the owner.

This young man was so rude. NEVER ever use this company. Thank you for fixing my problem. Thanks for taking $242.00 from me. Thanks for gracing me with your presence. Oh my gawd, close your doors and go out of business already!

So, I have a rant!! I called Ripley's plumbing 2 days ago. So Sheryl Ripley scheduled me between 2-4pm after I got off work the next day. I get off work, look at my phone, I have 2 calls from the same lady that set my appointment. I can't have my phone at work, only on lunch, but like most, your employers don't like their employees on Facebook or whatever when they are on the clock. She said she didn't write down the 2-4 time slot for me and she forgot what time. So I immediately call, at 2pm., leave a message because she doesn't answer her phone (ever) ( I called that business 6 times, every time, I had to wait for her to call me back!) I wait til 4:15 when she does call me back, over 2 hours I waited, she said I should have answered my phone at work.. I explained that wasn't happening. So we set it for the next day, today. Same time slot, I wait til 4, haven't heard anything from anyone, they are supposed to call when they are headed in my direction. I leave 3 messages on 3 different phones. No-one answered. She finally calls me back at 4:20, says that I will be charged double if they come after 5pm. I said no way. Then the she told me I should have answered my phone at work so they could talk to me. So that pissed me off......I said, ""so you're blaming this on me?"" Again, she said I should have answered my phone. Mind you, she NEVER answered her phone. She is the business owner, she never apologized for her incompetence! She blamed it on me. Needless to say, they were fired. What in the hell is wrong with people like that , that are in customer service. I have used them before and were happy to use them again, not now..............
