Rios and Sons was great, again! This was our third time using this plumbing service, and like always they were responsive, honest, transparent, and persistent to correct our specific plumbing issue. Not to mention their outstanding professionalism and job cleanliness.

John Rios came to my home once and determined parts were needed in order to finish the job. I kept trying to contact him and finally got a hold of his father. Then another appointment was scheduled. He didn't show up. He didn't cancel, just didn't show up. When I did finally get a hold of him, he had excuse after excuse. This happened a minimum of 5 times. The rest of the time he would not return my call, emails, etc. DO NOT use this company. I am out $85 dollars for work not completed. Unfortunately, unlike some of the reviewers here, I purchased the Living Social.

I really should say zero stars. I bought a Living Social voucher for this company. I have tried calling and left messages. Their voicemail said I could go online. I again left a message. Nothing. So now the voucher is out of date. This should be illegal. My advice is to never buy a Living Social or Group On deal with this company. If their service is as bad as this then I can imagine their work is poor also.

They had a Living Social deal $85 for $200 of work. I didn't purchase it because I wanted to get an estimate first.

I called to schedule an appointment one day and left a message. Two days later, no one had called back. Tried calling again on a Thursday and reached a very nice gentleman and scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 10:30-11:00am. Come 11:15am Saturday...crickets. I called and left a voicemail. No return call.

Glad I never purchased the Living Social deal.

Can I give ZERO Stars? This has been the worst experience! I wanted to replace my 15 year old water heater because I knew it was only a matter of time before it went out. I set up an appointment 5 weeks ago only to have it changed over and over again. Finally at the 3 week mark, someone showed up to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a Saturday installation three days forth. I stayed home all day waiting for him to arrive. When my call was finally returned, I was informed there was a scheduling error and that they had scheduled me for the following Saturday. I worked with the young lady and we agreed upon a new install date. The following Friday, I waited all day again for another no show. When I was finally able to talk to the woman that had scheduled me for Friday, she said she still showed me scheduled for Saturday...Which wouldn't work for me due to a Christmas Party I was hosting. She promised she would do her "Best" to get someone there that same nite. Needless to say THAT never happened! It's now Tuesday of the following week and I am on Week 5 of dealing with this torture! I have called and left messages and no one has returned my calls. I just thank God that This wasn't an emergency. If I had to rely on them in an emergency I would have been taking ice cold showers for the past 5 weeks! I'll never deal with this company again!

I can pretty much echo the 1st reviewer. Impossible to contact. Unresponsive to both phone and email messages. Does not show up for appointments or call to alert the customer, so customers who respect the appointment system tie up their day waiting for plumbers who not come and calls that are not returned. I also bought an Amazon Local "deal" from them. Luckily, AL refunded my money without question. Went with Thumbtack instead.

I can't speak for their actual services because I have tried for about one day and a half to reach someone to arrange for service. They advertise 24/7 services but can't be reached except via answering machine. False advertising! It's too bad because they advertise on Amazon local and have reasonable prices. I'm disappointed
