Rincon's Plumbing Protections

My water heater went out during a holiday weekend (of course). I had seen Rincon's Plumbing Protections' posts on Facebook and asked the hubs to contact them. We received a response a lot sooner than expected (it's a holiday weekend, after all) and were able to get an appointment scheduled.

Leonard was very courteous and understanding of our situation (a family member in the house is undergoing treatment requiring limited exposure to others). He was quick to remove and replace my water heater, and left the area as he found it (if not better since I think he used a shop vac in that corner of the garage!).

After expecting to have to go without hot water for a few days, it was a pleasant surprise to have hot water again so soon after the job was completed. I would highly recommend RPP for your plumbing needs. They are very professional, attentive, and mindful of their customer's property.
