Our journey started in 1987 with Ken Palmer Plumbing, dedicated to developing new homes and businesses in the Santa Barbara area. The merger of Rincon Plumbing, Inc. and Ken Palmer in 2018 formed a single family-run plumbing company. Zev, Ken, and their skilled plumbing crew respond to every service call throughout Santa Barbara County.
Beginning with Ken Palmer Plumbing, Zev and Ken forged a strong business partnership while engaging in new builds and repair work throughout Santa Barbara County. This led to the decision to merge into Rincon Plumbing, Inc.. Today, we prioritize customer satisfaction and respond promptly to all service calls.

CJ D.It's so nice when one finds someone who does what they say. Back at the end of December I came home to Summerland to find the wall heater (gas) wasn't working. The pilot went out during very heavy winds. It was freezing here in the house! Also, I needed the kitchen faucet replaced. I had purchased a new one months earlier, but didn't have it installed since a family emergency has kept me in the Pasadena area for almost a year.
I called Rincon Plumbing and Zev said he would be right out. In a very short amount of time he had installed the new faucet and re-lit the pilot in the heater. The charge was quite reasonable too!
He's very professional, clean, polite, and competent! I highly recommend him!
BTW, his business card is now taped to the inside of my cabinet door. He will be the first I call or recommend friends/neighbors to call when a need arises in the future!
