Bringing 23 years of extensive experience, Leon Rinchuso launched Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. in 1980. A favorable customer satisfaction was only part of Leon's business philosophy. Employee morale was likewise an important factor in achieving the operation successful.
He remained committed to the happiness of each employee. This contributed in maintaining a steady of positive morale throughout the business. Leon understood that a dedicated employee regularly contributes in presenting a good attitude to each client.
Although the death of Leon Rinchuso in March 2008, Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. has remained a family-owned business. Several of Leon's kids, along with a couple of grandchildren, maintain the principles set by the head of the family more than 30 years ago.
As of now, Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. counts 30 more team members, with a significant number of them having over 10 years of service with the firm. Rick N.Our 15-year-old Rinnai water heater just stopped flowing hot water about 2 weeks ago; I was able to get it started again by simply unplugging the unit, waiting a few minutes, then plugging it back in. But we were concerned enough to seek help from a certified Rinnai service person. We went to the Rinnai site and found 3 plumbers in Shreveport who had the certification, so I checked the reviews. We decided on Rinchuso's, and we're glad we did.
Rod Delatin came earlier than we expected, but that was fine with us. He showed himself to be very knowledgeable about the unit (even though he hadn't seen very many which were that old). He checked several aspects, including the trouble code history, flushed the system out and started it back up. He was as efficient as he could be (the system has to flush for a specified time), and he keyed us in on several factors to consider on a replacement (which we appreciated)!
There is no question about whom we shall contact when replacement time raises its ugly head. Thanks to Rod and Rinchuso's for a very satisfying service call.
Layla K.This is the WORST plumbing company have ever used. Ive used them a few different times and have never been pleased. They showed up to my house to do work when I was not home and created more problems. I never knew they came until I got a bill 9 months later. I tried to call the owner and he would never return my calls. I just wanted answers since I already hired and paid another plumbing company to fix what they had done, which I was never aware of. The lady that answers the phone is very rude!! She acts like she is the plumber doing all the work. She just reads the statement info over and over. I can read!! This company is expensive and dishonest. Most of the reviews say other wise, which is why I decided to use them in the first place. BEWARE!!!!!!!
