Terrible customer service. I was scheduled as first appointment today. I had my 89 yo neighbor come to my house at 8 am to let them in since I work by 10 am she called and said she hadn't seen or heard from them. When I called the office they said oh yeah they had bumped my appointment. Very poor care for their customer's time.

This company charged me $371.00 to spray off my A-Coil on my outside self contained HVAC Unit and then using a shop vac he vacuumed the sand out, it took 15 minutes. They are complete rip-offs, do not use them.

So they installed a new and rather expensive ac system but failed to close he permit. This becomes a problem as it leaves what is now an expired permit when one goes to sell a home. Follow through is apparently not a strong suit for Rinaldi

Ac not cooling business. Rinaldis came out gave me 2 quotes. 1. $4800 for coil leaning OR 2. New unit for $ 8500 Called another service found a leak in evaporator. Fixed the leak and serviced the unit for $200. RINALDIS YOU ARE COOKS!

From start to finish, I could not be happier with the service provided. Our new AC works great!!! Dale (manager) visited us before and after the installation to ensure that everything that needed to happen, did. Chris (initial tech that diagnosed the problems with the old AC) gave us all of our options from repairing the old AC to installing a new one. He was very professional and direct as to what can be done. Answered all of our questions without the pressure of which decision we should make. Danny (tech who installed) and his counterpart (forgot his name) were extremely professional as well. They did a great job installing the unit and demonstrating it to me prior to leaving. They also left the house how the found it (other than it is now much cooler). Sherry (main office) was very friendly and helpful when it came to the financing and payment. I will not hesitate to call on Dale and his team for any of our future needs. Thanks!!!

These guys are fantastic! All my years of dealing with AC:/heating service, I've never had such spot on service. These guys communicate with you from start to finish. That's what I really like. I've had several techs come out and all of them have been great. The girls in the office call me and let me know when the tech is on their way so I can leave work to meet them. I have a service plan and warranty and it's no hassle.

We bought a new system in the summer of 2015. At the end of the first year we bought an extended warranty as we were told as long as we did the yearly maintenance inspections it would cover all parts & labor. I call today and I am told that they must charge $95.00 trip charge as the warranty doesn't cover that. $95.00 to drive from Orlando to Deltona?? The main issue is this is not what they told me when they sold me the extended warranty. I do not recommend them to anyone. Your businesses only as good as your word. Plus its an issue we have been having with the wireless thermostat since the unit was installed!!

sent in an online request for a quote. got a call the next morning for them to come on a service call, didnt even give me a quote. needed ac and plumbing work. they want to charge two different service call charges for one guy coming out to fix both issues. talk about double dipping. what a ripoff. i went some where else.

Dissatisfied with my experience. I dropped a sizeable penny with Rinaldi's and wish i had gone elsewhere. They're probably great for routine maintenance as the technicians are all good guys and very knowledgeable. 2 stars are for technicians only. If you need to replace or overhaul your system, might want to look around. Not my style to give specifics.

Quoted me $1700 to replace a $300 blower motor. Other companies said they would do it for $1000 and i even found a private licensed contractor who did it for $700.
