If I could give no stars, I would. I was given a water heater through my solar purchase. I was told the install was going to happen from 9am - 12pm. No one showed up. Then I was told it got switched from 1pm - 5pm. At 4 pm, I decide to call the company to see when they were coming. They claimed we weren't on the schedule and they had nothing for my address. In the meantime, the solar sales company called and was told that we were never scheduled and they hadn't ordered the water heater yet after telling them the timeframes earlier that day and the day before and then hung up on them. They also showed up a day early to quote it, unannounced, and confirmed, at that time, the install would take place the next day. This company lies from whoever answers the phone to the management. They talk out of both sides of their mouth and their customers mean nothing to them. Instead of fixing any issues, all they care about is making excuses. This company is sh*t. Do not ever use them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen.

Save your money and also save yourself the trouble of dealing with the unprofessional """"sales manager"""" at the office. It starts with a manager that wants to go into a yelling match over their tech not showing up and him explaining what he thought the client should've known even though they are the ac experts and that's why an appointment was made. So basically we would've found out on the day of the job of other charges and items we had to pay for because explaining this after multiple calls and making an appointment to find this out was a fail. A manager took it upon himself to yell at us on the phone while the entire staff at our company listened in disbelief. He only wanted to speak to the """"male"""" on the phone or a """"man"""" who could understand. We, unfortunately, ended up listening to this crap for about 10 minutes before he told them """"they did not deserve their discounted price"""" or service. He never apologized for making us wait for an hour on the other side of town for tech that he said: """"did not need to come over to explain this"""" but, his company made the appointment when we called them. What service or discounted price? These folks were pricier than everyone else in Orlando.

Awesome service! We used Rinaldi's plumbing service on Wed. Feb.23rd 2022 for an emergency that was caused by a stump grinding company who broke our main water line to our house and left us with a complete mess without water and more! Rinaldi's was able to come out same day and sent out Gabriel Figueroa to help us! What a God sent Gabriel was to us! He was very courteous, respectful, professional, humble and treated us like human beings instead of an inconvenience or just another number! He was shocked at what happened, what the other company has done to us and made us felt like we were not the crazy ones to question their motives and answers! Gabriel was a true trooper and was joking with us as my husband helped him dug the trench to lay the pipes! He took so much pride in his job, didn't complain, showed us what he did, and made us feel a little better about the whole situation! We are so grateful to him for coming out and got the job done so quickly! Please keep Gabriel Figueroa because he is very valuable to your company and we will request to always have him come out to help us if needed. We have used Rinaldi's before for many of our projects and have always recommended your company to others we know! Keep up the great work, especially you Gabriel! Hope you always stay humble and kind! Thank you again and stay safe!

Our AC is leaking freon so we called them. They refilled the freon on Monday and said they'd be back to check and repair the leak on Friday. No show on Friday. We called and they said they forgot and will come Monday. The guy came Monday and said there isn't a leak bc the freon is full. (Umm...bc you guys just filled it?!?!????Der.) He told us to call again in 3-6 months bc it must be a slow leak and they can charge us $550 again. If you pay for a repair, you should get one. Don't trust this company- pick a different one.

I'll second Steve's review. I had them go out to my rental property after the AC wasn't cooling. While they were there, they told my tenants that the system was in bad shape and could have mold issues. It ultimately cause my tenants to not renew their lease and hurt me financially. Then Rinaldi's told me it would cost around four grand for a new system. I trusted them and said let's do it and they said they would be there the next week. I called next week after not hearing from them and the receptionist said that they needed to go out there to see what parts needed to be ordered. How can you quote me that much for a system and not even know what parts are needed? So she tells me they'll be there NEXT week so I wait another whole week and call back. Then the receptionist says whoopsie, we didn't actually need to go back to see the parts, we think we know what we need - so she/they essentially wasted two weeks of my time (this whole time it's hot in the house by the way - in summer in Florida). Finally the third week comes and I call because they haven't bothered to communicate yet and she tells me she forgot to schedule me and so I'm getting bumped to yet ANOTHER following week at which point I asked to speak to a manager. She puts me on the phone with Tim (who, by the way did not identify himself as the owner). I explain to him that I'm waiting a month now because they keep making mistakes and he basically told me that he didn't need my business and hung up the phone. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else - there are hundreds of HVAC companies in Florida. Also I've seen Tim's replies to these reviews - it's like he's not even trying.

I had a carrier unit installed. Price was almost double of any other unit When the installer had a hard time making the inside unit fit , he called the salesman Salesman arrived and tried to blame me that I requested a slightly larger 3 ton unit as opposed to a 2.5 Eventually the installer got it in on his own . Installers are the best people working here - salesman and office are money hungry goons .

Would love to leave no stars if I could. I'm not the kind of person to waste energy leaving bad reviews either but this company is awful and extremely unprofessional and I feel like people need to be warned. In a world where you can throw a baseball and hit 10 different HVAC vendors, I highly suggest you go with ANYONE else. They quoted us an absolute INSANE price without even coming out to check on our equipment - over twice what all the other companies quoted. Their service manager, Tim, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was the main reason we decided to go with someone else. They wasted a ton of our time and we almost allowed them to waste a ton of our money as well, all while speaking to us very rudely. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at ALL costs.

They were excellent, I called several places. I immediately knew I called the right place when they answered. I needed two visits because a fan had to be ordered. Both techs were excellent. Their pricing is fair. I will use them every time. I am new to Orlando and am very happy to have found these people.

I don't post many reviews but felt this review will save someone a lot of headache and money. My family has given Rinaldi's A/C close to 28k over the last several years so I figured when I called them to repair an A/C in a house I just bought I was in good hands. Nope, that defiantly was not the case. My main issue I had them come out for was the units were producing a lot of humidity. They came out, found some issues with the wiring and said once they fixed it, it would reduce the humidity and run more efficiently. Repair done, $1,000 later and the problem was worse. Called them back out and the tech said I needed new return boxes and ducts as the current set up was not producing the right pressure for the units, that would cost me another $3,000. Yet the previous tech said all pressures were good. So now the humidity is greater then 75% so I was thinking of going with the replacement but found and issue that maybe the reason for the humidity. Why 3 different tech's didn't notice it is beyond me. So I called to talk to a supervisor twice to try to get it resolved and was told he would call me back, that was a week ago. Please don't waste your time with this company, find a company that is truly interested in helping their customer rather than guessing at the home owners expense.
