Technicians were sitting in their vans for as long as I was walking toward them, and suddenly started driving right as I crossed the street in front of them, then yelled at me for it. ???

I thought they always did a good job when my AC needed service, so when I needed a new system, I called Rinaldis. They told me installation would take a few hours. I'm now in the fourth week of them coming out and it still isn't right. They installed the wrong breakers (apparently the original breakers were fine). So they need to come out again, and then the inspection needs to happen again. So in the end, it will probably have taken 6 weeks to get this finished. Also, they told me that the installers would repaint the drywall and make it looks as good as new. They didn't. I ended up doing it myself. My boss is getting impatient with me taking off every Friday to get this done, it sounds like a fake excuse at this point. Also I don't really like that I'm burning up half a years vacation on an AC installation.

Do not use these people for anything! I had an entire system installed one and a half years ago and last week. When it got cold. I turned the heat on and the heating element burnt out. I called them and they said oh you're one year warranty expired and they wanted to charge me $179 for them to come and look at The messed up thing they installed!!! Not even a year and half later it's not working!! I never needed a new system. He sold me on a new system when the system wasn't broken it was not level so even after the installed it was not working until they leveled the box it's housed in but it was too late to stop the install. I repeat. Do not go here!

We called about the AC system not cooling on a system under two years old. They sent a technician out. The technician said that the unit needed a repair and that he had to come back to fix it. Then, they sent a different technician for the repair. The second technician said that the compressor was bad and that the unit needed replacement. That was a different diagnosis from the first technician with no good explanation. He was eager to send out the salesman for a quote on a new unit. We called another company for a second opinion. Their technician said that the unit was overfilled with refrigerant, which would damage the coils. He emptied about five pounds to save the unit. It's hard to believe that neither of Rinaldi's Technicians saw that on their guages. As a result, they would have been responsible for the damage to the unit. Furthermore, they were trying to sell a new unit and profit from the damage to the existing unit. We will not be calling them again since their service would have ended in disaster.

No heat for 2 weeks...then charged $3000 to install a thermostat monitoring board that should have been installed when we paid $15,900K for the new unit 5 years ago. Follow-up: thank you for validating our attention to keeping our unit maintained properly, and the numerous issues we've experienced since the initial installation that did not include the appropriate control board or thermostats for a multi-zone system. The technicians were very professional and well-mannered, but readily admitted that they were not properly trained to work on our type of AC system. The 'emergency' heat ran all heat from the unit into a single bedroom due to an error by the technician and raised the temperature to 80-degrees while the remainder of the house fell to near 60 degrees....consequently, had to turn the circuit breaker off to cancel all heat to the house for multiple consecutive days during the cold spell. Of course, you would know this if you bothered to contact the 75 year old disabled home owner and actually spoke with him regarding the problem rather than publicizing our confidential contact history as a defensive gesture. The posted picture shows the 'new' control board on the garage wall this morning...very professional looking don't you agree?

I am slightly torn from this mess. In Orlando, my prior home 5337 Rinaldi's AC & Plumbing (and they do electrical also apparently) used to always maintain our AC unit twice a year every 6 months usually before summer and 6mos following. Well moving forward I sell my old home and move into this new one and in my old home I had UEV lights. I paid to have it removed and was told this would cover the install of the device in the other home. 7 months later in my new home I was told they needed the old device and were installing a totally new one and that I had to pay to install the new one ....even though I was told it was included with the removal costs I paid. Mind you I was also told the 2nd new one I bought (new home has 2 handlers) that the install was included. Also keep in mind the ORIGINAL one was COVERED under warranty and initially only the bulb needed to be replaced. The tech told me to hold onto it until warranty part came in. I declined to have the 2nd one installed. Very misleading. Moving forward to today. I reached out to Rinaldi as I was reminded they do plumbing as well. I bought a Hybrid Water Heater. Tech came out and also discovered during his visit they do electrical. Shown him what I needed. I was told I would get a quote the next day or following. I followed up the day after following, and was told they would get with him for a quote and he will inform of it. Called few days later, got the same reply. Called again few days after that. Same thing. Emailed yesterday. Now I think I wasted all my time trying to get a quote from my """"Go To"""" AC maintenance company for decades and here we are today getting no where. I remember when they were on top of their game and service calls. Now it's all crickets. My heater arrives on 12-7. As of right now I am going to Rheem and see whom they recommend. I will probably never hear back from Rinaldi. I may just need to delete the number and toss the magnets. I cannot stand service like this. Not in a restaurant, not for my home either.

I have trusted this company for years and they just saved me $$ after Frank Gay tried to legit scam me. Will ALWAYS go with Rinaldi! CAMERON was great tech today also explained everything and had great manners :)

Victor was very knowledgeable and thorough having to fix the mess the last A/C company left. Would highly recommend them.

Came to do regular maintenance and teach us how to also maintain our ac on a monthly basis. Thank you

If I could give no stars, I would. I was given a water heater through my solar purchase. I was told the install was going to happen from 9am - 12pm. No one showed up. Then I was told it got switched from 1pm - 5pm. At 4 pm, I decide to call the company to see when they were coming. They claimed we weren't on the schedule and they had nothing for my address. In the meantime, the solar sales company called and was told that we were never scheduled and they hadn't ordered the water heater yet after telling them the timeframes earlier that day and the day before and then hung up on them. They also showed up a day early to quote it, unannounced, and confirmed, at that time, the install would take place the next day. This company lies from whoever answers the phone to the management. They talk out of both sides of their mouth and their customers mean nothing to them. Instead of fixing any issues, all they care about is making excuses. This company is sh*t. Do not ever use them. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen.
