I've used Rimrock several times. One of the owners, Travis I think, is among the most knowledgeable, polite, and patient people in the trades I've ever had to work with. I've recommended them to many people and always hear the same good things back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. There's a reason they keep getting voted best in billings.

Update- their apprentice came and helped replace my water heater. Was hear earlier, done quicker than planned, and they actually gave me a bill for less than was discussed. Can't recommend enough.

Bill and the guys do a fantastic job, they are punctual and professional. Would highly recommend Rimrock for any plumbing issue or running new lines. Awesome service!

Rimrock Plumbing came to install 2 toilets we got from Lowe's. Initially a plumber (I think it was he owner) came to determine if the toilets would fit. When it was time to put the toilets in, an apprentice put the toilets in without a plumber there to make sure the work was done ok. A few days later when we noticed that one of the toilets kept running, we called the plumber about it, and he refused to even come look at it and said that it wasn't his fault. He was also very rude on the phone call. We were very disappointed with the service.
