I've used Riley for several years and have never been dissatisfied.
Exceptional service every time. I recently purchased a tankless water from Francisco. I have had this water heater in my home for about 2 months now and although I was skeptical at first I have found this technology to be everything Francisco claimed it would be. Its amazing my wife loves never waiting for hot water and I love that there is no time limit to a long hot shower. I highly recommend a tankless water heater from riley Plumbing and Heating.

I couldn't get the pilot light on my old Williams gas wall heater to work. I put in a request through my property management company for a technician to come look at it. Trenton from Riley Plumbing & Heating came over today and within approximately one hour had it up and running like new. He was competent and courteous, didn't mind my observing him at work, and went out of his way to explain the process to me. He is a credit to his trade and to Riley Plumbing & Heating and a good guy. If I could give this company a zero, I would. I called on Monday because 2 vents weren't putting out air. I told them I sure it's because we had a water over flow, but obviously I'm not an hvac person. They said $210 to diagnose and they'd be there btw 8-12 on Thursday. I get a text and email on Weds saying they'd be here btw 7:30-8:30 (good). I called at 8:30 asking where they are. He came at 9:00. Spent 10 minutes and said , you're right. So can you fix it? No, I'll write and estimate and send tomorrow. I had asked to speak to a mgr and Allie called me. She was very condescending and finally said I'll book you tomorrow if you'd like. She said we need to put 15 feet of duct, that would be $649. So for 15 ft of duct the total charge would be $859. No thanks.

Great Service, Ismael was the service rep. Heating and AC were down, over 4th of July weekend. They got to us on the 7th and had everything humming in just 2 hours.

We had a significant challenge with a tri-fuel (elec, heating oil, wood boiler) water heating system and Riley did a superb job!

They responded quickly, did excellent work and were a pleasure to work with.
