Jody M.My hot water heater had a bad leak. Called late morning and had a new one installed by four. I have also called for a few plumbing issues with a good experience every time.
Xinrou T.Christi was incredibly rude when my mom called earlier and kept saying she didn't understand her. Perhaps it's because my mom had a slight accent but my mom has never had this issue living in the US for over 10 years now (and she has a PhD). She refused to help and kept dodging my mom's questions. All my mom wanted was to get a leak from a valve fixed. This kind of unprofessional behavior is very disturbing and makes it appear that the company is a racist one who only serves white clientele. Please avoid this business if you can help it.
