Lowes hired them to make a delivery of a Dishwasher, gave me 4-5 hour window, called after the window with "a problem" can't deliver, i took a day off to be home to insure install. the said ok now 2-7 it is now 8:02 still not phone call or product. Flakey at best no web site, no Facebook......

We unfortunately had a really frustrating appliance purchase and install experience with Lowe's in Austin, but the one bright spot in the process was Eric McCall, our Rikman installer. He was at our home a total of 4 times and was incredibly professional, courteous, patient, and thorough in his work each and every time!

Rikman's installation technician, Jacob, installed our new micro wave oven after removing the old unit. Jacob arrived about 20 minutes ahead of his appointment and completed the installation in less than an hour. He was very professional and offered additional tips on cleaning our new oven. I was very satisfied with Rikman Services.

I had the water softener installed on 2/9/18 and the work was not done correctly. Water is leaking through the pipes into the Sheetrock in my garage. Of course I call the office at 2pm Saturday afternoon and there's no on call service. Now, I have to call a plumber to take care of this today!

Rikman Services sent installer Chase out to install a new dishwasher. The experience was perfect and I will definitely use Rikman again! Chase was very professional, friendly, and did a quality job! He walked me through everything, including all the functions on the new unit, and cleaned up after the installation. Thank you Chase! A+

Rikman Services installed my dishwasher I purchased from Lowe's and my installers name was MICHAEL STONE. I was extremely pleased with the work Michael did. Michael and his trainee Bucco were friendly and thorough they did a great job. I highly recommend these guys and couldn't be happier. Good Job fellas!!

Mike installed my dishwasher I bought at Lowes, and he was terrific! He called ahead to let me know he was running EARLY and could be at my home before the designated time. He arrived, unpacked the dishwasher and assembled the parts, and had the old dishwasher out and the new one installed within two hours. I'll be requesting him for my future installs!

I hired Rikman Services to clear a "Stopped-under voltage-Alarm" on my Generac generator. I was charged $450 for a service that did not clear the alarm and I feel was unnecessary. I told the "technician" several times that the generator worked with the 3/4" gas piping for six years with no issues. He explained that this would need to be updated to 1" pipe in order to eliminate this as the potential problem. When this didn't work I was asked to call another company with more experience? I've asked the company several times via email and phone to work with me on the $450 charge but they will not return my email or calls. I've used Rikman Services in the past and was pleased with the service / work. I'm shocked by how they treat their return customers and will not be using them again.
