VICTOR, My serviceman today, was absolutely top- notch!! The price was very fair and reasonable.

So if you're on here, reading these reviews, you most likely need a plumber and you're not a plumber! You need to find somebody that you can count on, that's gonna do the job and get it done right, and I'm gonna tell you, these folks at Righty-Tighty Plumbing totally own their work!!

We have had a backed up washer drain that has been a real issue for a while now, flooding over to the floor if you don't catch it in time. I came here to Yelp, found their reviews then called and talked to Mike, the owner. I got a great response and a good feeling about it, so I asked him to send out a technician. Victor showed up this afternoon on time and started right in on the job.
Victor has 25 years experience- he quickly broke it down into what the options were and how he wanted to approach it, communicated with me what he wanted to do, and just started working. He worked clean and neat, kept the area clean and cleaned it all up before he left.

If I could these guys 20 stars, I would !!

It is such a pleasure to have a serviceman who knows his trade, knows how to get the job done in a timely manner, and knows how to do it politely and cleanly!! I honestly just cannot say enough about how happy I was to have Victor in my house today -I'd call him back in a heartbeat any day!!

Victor came out the same day I called for my kitchen sink that would not drain. Not having an accessible clean out made the job quite difficult, but Vic was persistent and was able to get it flowing again. The price was very reasonable and they were prompt. I definitely recommend this company.

Great experience with this company. Quick response to my request for service for my toilet clog and the gentlemen who came out to help me were professional and efficient. I called a few different companies to get a quote on the service and they were the only ones who gave me a reasonable price. It feels like a lot of companies these days just want to nickel and dime you, but righty tighty plumbing will give you a fair and honest value. I will certainly be coming back to this company.

Justin from righty tighty came out and diagnosed the problem fast , he solved the issue with efficiency and educated me how to inspect and relight my water heater , the whole process was friendly and professional from the call for service to the tech arriving and can't beat the service trip charge ... well worth the price for service

I was in a bind with a leaky kitchen faucet. After a few calls to other places, Righty Tighty proved to be the most responsive. They sent Justin out right away. Justin arrived, assessed the situation, and thoroughly explained the problem and his recommendation for a fix. I learned quite a bit from his explanation and was very pleased when he completed the job within an hour. The service charge was very reasonable. Thank you so much. First time using Righty Tighty and was pleased with their service the day I had a service reservation with them. Their techs were working a job before mine that ended up taking longer than usual and rather than keep me waiting they called me with regular updates about their timing, etc. The communication was courteous and professional and to be honest, refreshing. It was nice to be treated like my job was just as important as the one they were working on even though my job was quite small compared to that one. In any case, when they arrived they were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose my issue and repair it expediently. I'll definitely use them again!

I am happy that I found Righty Tighty Plumbing through Yelp. Justin and Felix exhibited nothing but professionalism and cleanliness. They were able to resolve a week-long plumbing issue within minutes. We previously hired an independent contractor that we found on Thumbtack, and he made a mess and suggested he would have to cut through the wall or an underground pipe. Something made me question his ability and capacity to fix a line clogged by baby wipes. Not only did Righty Tighty Plumbing save us money, but they also saved us from an even bigger mess. I will be calling them for any other plumbing issues.
