He replaced the garbage disposal and is following up tomorrow on an item that still needed to be assessed in the lines . I highly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing! I tried to replace the filters on our water filtration system last Saturday afternoon. It should have been easy, but I created a mess instead. There was a leak. I called Righty Tighty and they sent Justin as soon as possible. Justin quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. He was very kind and understanding. Very professional!

There's a reason Righty Tighty plumbing has a 4.9 rating. I had to get a Moen leak detection valve installed for my homeowners insurance. Tony came out to give me an estimate. I supplied the valve so my estimate was for labor and fittings. They gave me a great price, and I had them do the work a couple days later. Tony was very professional and great workmanship. 100% pleased with the job performed. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you for the great service Tony!

Techs were absolutely professional. I think my experience was a one off. However my rating is due to lack of organization of the job and my equipment not being installed properly.

I had to push to get the necessary subcontractors for them to complete the job when I was told ahead of time they had the people for it. I didn't like having to make a ton of calls and coordinate their work, on top of having to correct the actual work that I paid to have completed. Luckily my system was not damaged from improper installation.

Again I do believe they normally do great work and I think the customer service is probably spot on, I just didn't have that experience. I would recommend the company, with a caution to confirm the process ahead of time and have the techs test any work done for proper function.

They came to uninstall and install a new tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and were highly skilled. They took the time to make all the proper adjustments and the install came out beautiful. Calling them to install was worth every penny!!!!! I think they made a customer for life out of me. We had a slab leak and we noticed it as soon as we woke up in the morning. I panicked and started searching for plumbers on Google and Yelp and found Righty Tighty Plumbing. Lorenzo came out immediately within an hour of calling and assessed our issue. He gave us his opinion then proceeded with a leak detection. Once this was complete he located the bad line, rebuilt 2 manifolds, rerouted it back through the attic and also installed a new pressure regulator hose bib and irrigation shut off valve. He even came back on a Sunday to complete the work. Overall words cannot describe how satisfied I am with Lorenzo's work. 10/10 recommend to anyone having plumbing issues.
