I had to use Righty Tighty twice in the last two months. Both times they were very responsive.

First job was replacing my washer supply line valves, second job was fixing a leak from our shower.

The team's work was very professional, graciously put up with me and all my questions. Not only did they do great work in resolving my plumbing issues, they also did an awesome job in cleaning up the areas they worked on.

The cost was very competitive, would highly recommend them and would use their services again in a heartbeat.

I am a senior citizen I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. I was looking for 24HRS. Service. I tried 2 other companys that were way too expensive there was a fee just to come out. I called Righty Tighty Plumbing. I got a quick response the technician was here within 2 HRS he finshed the job, cleaned up and even waited in his for a bit to see if pressure was ok before he left and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Because of their positive reviews, I called them for plumbing assistance. For less than five minutes of work, they charged us $487 even though they informed us the part cost $300. I tried to ask them before they arrived what part they would need to fix my main water switch, and he responded that their technician had everything. But when I looked up the item, I discovered that it only cost $100, so I called them to let them know that. Unfortunately, they talked badly and were uncooperative. Very disappointing, I don't recommend them be aware!!

I would highly recommend fix it right plumbing. We have needed their services three times recently. From first contact to all of the plumbers and apprentices contact has been friendly and professional. Each time we have been provided with a clear plan if the work required and an upfront, final estimate. Service is always prompt and work done either immediately or the next day. Thank you to Jack and Ethan for their hard work under very difficult circumstances this week. They have replaced all leaking gal water and gas pipes under our 1930's house.
