Chris was thoughtful in his approach to unclogging my roof drains. He didn't want to break any piping inside the wall if he used a hydro jet rooter. With a snake he unclogged two drains and used a camera to locate our French drains.

I had a few plumbing issues on Friday afternoon so called Righty Roo and Sandy was SUPER helpful and scheduled Heinrich to come out Saturday morning between 9-11am! He provided me with the camera service as I have had a few backups and some gurgling which is never good! Heinrich was a true professional, patient, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to me! He played and explained every part of the videos he took of my pipes! After discovering multiple gas leaks and the gas company shutting off the gas to my property I began calling for a plumber this past weekend. After the 8th call - Righty Roo was the only company who called back. They came out and worked after hours. Tested the lines - were very thorough and discovered more leaks. Long story short....5 days after the discovery the lines are repaired and heat is finally restored. Their price was fair and they bid their work. Their repair men are prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this company and I am grateful for it responsiveness.

We had a new induction stove coming to replace our old gas one and needed to cap off the gas line behind the stove. The initial quote was $240. This was for less than 10 minutes work. I said no. The tech got back on the phone and the price went down to $170.00, which was still too high as far as I am concerned, but I said yes because the new stove was coming the next day and I wanted it done. The job literally took less than 10 minutes. So, I am unhappy about the price, but happy the job is done.

On the positive side, Chris, the tech, was very nice, personable, and highly competent.

Beware:!!!
Do not use Integrity Plumbing!
Heinrich the owner of Integrity Plumbing
was recommended to me and came out
to bid a job to replace 5 water lines,
valves and install a bathroom faucet. He
bid $590 and not knowing much about
plumbing I agreed thinking it was
probably a half days work. He was
finished and out the door in an hour and
$560 of the $590 was labor! I got
scammed.
Called a plumber I had used in
the past and he charges $110 an hour so
I paid 5 times the going rate. I was naive and trusting!
Scam artist and hardly a person of
Integrity.

I called for a running toilet. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and checked to see if there were any spaces available for the same day. Well she arranged the time and the service tech showed up just as scheduled right on time. He was honest, knowledgeable and fixed the problem and pricing was fair.
