Heinrich the owner of Integrity Plumbing
was recommended to me and came out
to bid a job to replace 5 water lines,
valves and install a bathroom faucet. He
bid $590 and not knowing much about
plumbing I agreed thinking it was
probably a half days work. He was
finished and out the door in an hour and
$560 of the $590 was labor! I got
scammed.
Called a plumber I had used in
the past and he charges $110 an hour so
I paid 5 times the going rate. I was naive and trusting!
Scam artist and hardly a person of
Integrity.

I called for a running toilet. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and checked to see if there were any spaces available for the same day. Well she arranged the time and the service tech showed up just as scheduled right on time. He was honest, knowledgeable and fixed the problem and pricing was fair. Excellent from first call to end of job.
Communication with office was upmost professional . The person at office had superb skills, efficient and responsive .From the start, I got a good feeling . it feels very professional and gain ur confidence !
Then Henrich came on time ( for Palm Springs , it is puzzling !) for an estimate of redoing all the plumbing in my 11 apartment complex ( yes 11 units to redo all plumbing )
Gave a quote same day ( still waiting for the 2 other plumbing companies who never got back to me )
Started the job on time. Finished the job on time ( 11 apartments to redo all plumbing , mind you !!!)
As Henrich said it took 3 days and no more .
Went to Inspect the work yesterday !
Flawless !
So happy with Henrich and Integrity plumbing !
Henrich also checked my 3 sewer lines going from my 11 apartment because I thought I had a problem .
He said I had no problem and I did not need a lining inside the sewer pipes but just once per year a good clean up !
How much more honest can you be?!

We hired Integrity Plumbing to install a tankless water heater. They came out to give us an estimate and explained the process. Their price was more than fair and on installation day, the technicians arrived, worked and finished the install by totally cleaning any and all dust and trash. You cannot ask for more from the team at Integrity Plumbing. Professional, courteous and hard working is the best way to describe the entire team that spent a solid 6 hours at our place removing our old water heater and replacing it with this tankless heather.
As the photo's show they are so meticulous and have to make sure the job is perfect before they will clean up and head off. They truly know their stuff and they explain things as they go along. Honest, hardworking and proud of their work is the best way to describe the installation yesterday.
