This is probably the third time we've had this company to our home for different plumbing issues. We have American Home Shield and the plumber is very knowledgeable about what the contract will cover and he communicated with us the entire time he was working to solve our sewer stoppage issue. We have old copper and cast iron pipes with barnacles growing in them. He showed us the blockage and let us look into the cast iron pipe. We learned a lot about our household plumbing and how charmin tp is a no for these old pipes.

No surprise charges, trustworthy and gets the job done right. He won't sugarcoat your plumbing issues, tells you how it is and what your options are.

Only because of what the one reviewer posted am I putting this here. We are an LGBT family and had no problems with this company. Both my wife and I were present.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
1. I had a pipe leak so I called AHS and Rightway Plumbing was sent out.
2. The technician was there with my dad and repaired the loose pipe. My dad put the phone on speaker and I ask the technician was there any other issues and he said no you're all good and your water booster pump and pipe is good.
3. I got home that night and everything was working fine and the water pressure was strong. I did notice their were two small areas on the pipe that had drops of water. I called them back out to stop the small drips.
4. The area of work was in the garage so the garage code was provided because no one was home.
5. The technician took it upon himself to open my house door which is connected to the garage to use MY bathroom which set off my house alarm so i'm getting calls from the alarm company and the police. I could of had my kids or a attack dog in the house and that would have turned very bad!
6. So I got home that night and I notice my water booster pump was not on and I didn't have any water pressure. There were old pipes, and an old pressure gauge, and other things just laying around out of place. I called the company and left a voicemail with the owner who finally called back after an hour. He started to tell me how the tech said the water booster pump went bad and it's not their fault. I told him that when I left in the am for work everything was good then his tech comes and nothing is working. He stated that he's not paying for anything! He slipped up by saying that the tech went to Home Depot to buy parts for the repair. All I had was two small areas water leaks so why is he going to Home Depot for parts unless he damaged something and trying to fix it.
7. The owner drove to my house and he was very unprofessional and upset at me as the customer and I couldn't understand why, all I did was pay for service with my insurance company AHS and they were sent out.
8. After seeing a bible in my house he calmed down and said he was a Pastor and they do sometime get upset. He took some pictures of the pump and said he'll investigate but i have yet to hear anything from him.
9. The tech did call to lie but I didn't want to hear a grown man lie to me. The insurance company with have to deal with it!

The Rightway Plumbing technicians are the most racist, incompetence, and unprofessional people I never seen in my life. They came to my house for repair, and before they do anything they asked for payment. I proposed to pay them by credit card or check for my protection, they refused and preferred to be paid by cash. Luckily, I had some cash in hand and decided to pay them.

After receiving my money the technician walks outside for 30 minutes conversation with his team and the insurance company. He walked back in the house and telling me that they can't fix anything in my house because the contract is knew with the insurance company. I tried to explain to him that I had this insurance company for the past months and that's why they sent you here to fix the issues I'm having in my house. Furthermore, linking in the bathroom just started a few weeks ago. He drove away and left me with this mess in the house. I do not believe if I were a Caucasian he would have treated me the way he did. I was treated very rude and unprofessional.

Good experience. They were on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem and were courteous, friendly and helpful. Good company to do business with. They are responsive and easy to work with.

Fixed my hot water tank a couple weeks ago. In the process, the tech disconnected the original copper plumbing and had to redo it. The gentlemen put in plastic and braided flex line. Woke up this morning to water spraying from the new plumbing and water all over my basement. Leaking from the braided pipe that I questioned when it was installed. I would never hire again.

We've used Rightway Plumbing's services for several years now. Norman, the owner, is an excellent plumber, and his wife, Cheryl, has scheduled service promptly. Norman has replaced our toilets, faucets, and installed our reverse-osmosis filtration system. He also worked with us on our pool system. When we had a water-heater issue a few years back, instead of telling us to replace the whole water heater he fixed it by replacing a small part, which saved us money. He's as good as it gets, and the price is very reasonable.

Terrible service from these guys. :-( I would advise you to go elsewhere with your time/money/business. I have a home warranty on my house which covers plumbing issues, so when my toilet & sink were leaking nonstop after being moved due to replacing the floor, I called my home warranty company and they sent Rightway Plumbing to fix the problem. I will say that the men who arrived (not sure if they were actually plumbers or not) were very professional and arrived promptly (the only thing they should even get one star for). However, they took a few minutes to look over the things I was having a problem with, and stated that I needed- & I quote- ""A new toilet for $395 & a new pop-up for the sink for $125"" (neither of which were covered under my warranty) because ""the toilet is cracked"" and ""the pop-up is broken"". So they collected their $75 fee (which I have to pay under my warranty contract) and left. My husband looked at the things when he came home that evening, and fixed BOTH the toilet AND the sink in about 30 minutes (and my husband is no plumber, has no plumbing tools, didn't buy ANYTHING) by replacing a small rubber seal in the toilet and re-sealing around the pipes from the sink. One hour later, I got my money refunded from the home warranty company, but still this whole experience was a waste of time. Maybe they do a good job when it's their own work- not through a home warranty company- and they just didn't want to exert themselves on a job they didn't care about- I can't speak to that. All I can say is that they should not call themselves plumbers if they can't even find the problem of a leak in a toilet and sink and fix it. I, for one, will never have them come to my house again.

This business is a joke. The Manager was polite in the beginning however her technicians have attitudes and don't clean up after themselves. My 76 year old grandfather had to clean up their mess and move the furniture back into place. They also in the process of bringing my hwh into the house broke a locking mechanism that I had placed on my fence in the backyard. Among this they also blew a fuse and somehow turned off the breaker not only to hot water heater but to my air conditioning as well. It's 90degrees outside today btw. On my breaker box the ac breaker is on right side meanwhile the hwh breaker is on the left! So how did this happen?!?!? When I called an informed the manager it seemed much like she was just brushing me off and did not apologize for this happening. I have a 2week old child and a 76year old living in my house sweating and hot. This is what you can expect if you choose this company to fix your plumbing issues.

Excellent, professional service. Rightway replaced a leaking garbage disposal; they showed up within 24 hours of initial service call and phoned when they were on their way. The team was in & out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
