Rema came out right away on the first call. He charged way over price and I felt like he pulled random numbers out because we are young and didn't know better and paid him anyway. Turns out he did NOT fix the problem. Our toilets still won't flush and the shower still won't drain. I tried reaching him after a few days when we came back in town and realized this and he played phone games constantly- not coming to fix it. Finally by the next weekend we got a hold of him and he said he'd charge a 400$ service fee to just look at it because of his 6 day policy that he also pulled out from thin air. (Even though he's known it wasn't working just 2 days after he was here). Over the phone he made all sorts of excuses about why he's going to charge us again and how we must have done something else to ruin the plumbing (even though we've been out of town and no one has used it). If I could post 0 stars I would. His other positive reviews aren't even from customers. It's from himself. Save your money and call elsewhere.

Plumber was showed pictures of the job, was an easy job I was doing just couldn't get a shower handle cartridge out of the pipe and didn't have the special tool to retract it. Plumber showed up, without the tool and said he could come back the next day with a helper for 20$ more.. ridiculous, he was informed he would need the puller. I bought the tool for 16$ and did it myself. He wanted to charge 300 for a 20 min job smh. I do not recommend this Plumber
