He found our hot water problem in just a few minutes and didn't need any parts to resolve our issue. Andy had previously installed our tank-less water heater and we have always been 100% satisfied.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of RightNOW Plumbing. They replaced my 15 year old Noritz tank-less water heater with a new one. They were listed on the factory web site as factory authorized. Andy Migliaccio the plumbing manager came to the house and gave me his honest evaluation and then the best options for me to choose from. After my decision he gave me a very fair price and installed it quickly with no problems. He is very honest, responsive and dependable.

If you want great customer service from a plumber and you need a plumber now, look nowhere else for your plumbing needs in NOVA. This is the most respectable plumber you will find and the quality of their work is top notch. Very responsive, personable, professional and costs are very reasonable.

I was informed by the technician that they would need to order the part to replace inside of my water regeneration system. That was all good and agreed upon. A few days later the technician called me to inform me that he was ready to return to finish the job. Still all good. We scheduled his return for the next day and he stated he would contact me on his way to the house. I was unable to be there so my wife agreed to make herself available. Still good. Where the service went south was when the technician showed up and informed my wife that he was not able to obtain the parts because they were from another company and the technician indicated that RightNOW was not able to purchase them. Something to the effect that the original company won't let them purchase the parts. Not really certain of his bottom line excuse for not being able to obtain the parts. Knowing that we needed our water regenerating and the RightNOW technician had our system on bypass since the time of his last visit, my wife told him to proceed. After all, they had us over a barrel and they knew it. So, along with the additional cost of a new valve, the technician did not hard wire the new valve as the previous one was. Instead he opted to ask my wife for an extension cord and informed her that we would need to hire an electrician to install an additional electrical outlet closer to the system. Mind you, nothing in the system we're moved. The new parts were installed in the exact same location as the old valve. However, instead of hard wiring our replacement valve, I guess the technician felt it was more appealing to leave 30 foot of extension cord lying on my floor and plug it in across the room. When I called to ask for my old valve so I could get it repaired, I was told that he will try to find and return it. I called a week ago and was told the old valve was located and would be returned to me. Still no word from RightNOW Plumbing as to when I will get my old valve. I received less than professional service along with left with no choice than to accept their last minute informed upscale. Pics attached show the end result.

We had RightNOW come out and give us their opinion as to why we were having issues with the loss of water when showering and pounding of air in toilet and faucets. Andy, who is their water treatment specialist, was absolutely awesome. He educated us on our system even though his company was not the original system installer. We plan to eventually switch companies and have RightNOW install a new water treatment system in our house. If you want honest people and good service with reasonable prices, look no further!

RightNOW Plumbing has replaced three different kinds of shower fixtures for us in an extremely timely and professional manner. In addition, they removed a jetted tub quickly and cleanly, without damage to our tile floor and the tile surround above the tub. Overall, from start to finish, I was truly impressed with RightNow Plumbing. I got their referral through HomeAdvisor.com. They set up an appointment that night at 6:30-I'd been referred to them earlier since it might have prevented so much water damage. My water heater (second one) was leaking profusely from the side. I was told by another company that morning I needed a replacement. Since that company was unavailable until the next morning and it was already 24-hours, I told Right Now Plumbing that I needed a replacement water heater. Justin was very professional, courteous, and truthful about costs and what needed to be done. He asked me if I needed a water remediation company and asked me if I wanted a consultant to to come during the replacement appointment for a free consult, which was wonderful since I didn't know offhand of any other than Servicemaster--who seems pricey unless you have insurance coverage. In short, Justin was truly good-natured and professional and asked me if the other company brought a pan to prevent from further leakage and about some other factor that was now mandatory. He was perfectly respectful and non-snarky about everything, showing me what I needed to know about the new water heater and even offered to write down on each item with a Sharpie when each part should be replaced when i joked I probably won't be able to remember the timelines. This was all done at around 6:30-8:30. The coordination between the two companies (and Drying Tech of PWC) was incredible. I appreciated how quickly and efficiently he worked. He made it a point to personally show me the various parts and handed the manuals to me. I'd definitely recommend them and will probably call them again for future work. As I said I needed to turn on main water valve, he said he'd already done so: ""I know you already had a lot to deal with."" So far everything seems to be working okay. Very polite and professional--how it should be.

RightNOW absolutely knocked it out of the park! We had a sewer line break on Thursday, had an inspection, quote and all work completed by Sunday. The crew was on time, gave plenty of updates as work was being performed and came in at a much more reasonable price than a few other quotes that we received.

I hope to never see them again for the amount of work they did, but I would call them again in a second if/when we need more plumbing work done!

Kudos to Andy for his quick work correcting our draining from our washer and bathroom sink. He was very helpful with the guidance he also provided us. Right Now Plumbing rocks!!! Andy came out to replace my hose bib that popped off and cracked the water wipe during the awful storms we had this winter. He was super professional: even insisting on wearing booties in my home, after I told him it was not necessary!!! SO POLITE. SO EFFICIENT. Thanks so much, Right Now!!!
