I purchased my HVAC system back in 5/2015 through Home Depot and RighTime Home Services completed the contract and installation. I received a 2-year membership with RighTime along with my contract. Yesterday, my AC was not releasing any cool air. I called RighTime last night and told them about my issue as well as my 2-year membership. I was informed that their technicians are on stand by and they could not give me an appointment time or a window time. I must admit that I was very upset because I needed a time so I can adjust my schedule. I was assured that I will receive a call 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Today, I received a call at approximately 8:45 am and they let me know that the technician will arrive between 9:30-10:00am. Chris H. arrived on time and was very professional from the start. He diagnosed the issue and informed me of how he's going to resolve the issue step by step. Chris H. was very knowledgeable and he fixed the issue with no problems, clean and quality work!! He also did a tune-up on my HVAC system!! Overall, I am very pleased with the services I had with RighTime/Home Depot.

I am updating and adding a star because after my review I was contacted and in addition to fixing the AC they also came out and fixed our toilet free of charge. I will update again in a few months after I see how the AC hold up through the rest of summer and if the heat works in the winter. They do honor their warranty, and have fast service when something needs to be fixed. I am just hoping that it holds up continues to work past the warranty. I am a little nervous after these issues, but hoping for the best.

Two weeks ago they came to our home and gave us an estimate for plumbing repairs. It was $3400.00 A week later we got an estimate for the same problem and it came to $160.00
We went with the $160.00 and everything works perfect!

These guys really don't take good care of you. Especially when their service is over. I had a 7 duct system installed. 1 in which air wasn't circulating in the room correctly. Called in, said they put it in the notes and told me they were going to get back to me. Called in a week later, and had to explain everything all over again because they didn't have the notes. They keep saying they are in meetings which is the reason why they've been so busy so no one really got to me.
Today my home was expected, and the city noted 4 issues. I called Right Time back, and they took notes and would get back to me at 3pm. I called at 3:30pm and had to explain the situation all over again. No call back, no set up for appointment.
I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like I got ripped off

I have had the right time service plan for my A/C for a few years now. They come on schedule do their maintenance and inform my mom or myself exactly what they did.
This year I had noticed that my A/C was working a lot harder than normal and not only that, but it was making a very loud popping noise. This was very disturbing due to the fact that I take care of my parents. I didn't want to come home with some disaster going on. I called right time Services and Daniel G. Came out looked at my A/C and my furnace and gave me the grave news. He knew I couldn't bulk out that much money and told me about a great program that I possibly could apply for and start making payments next year. I was able to qualify for this program and was very relieved. I found out In less than10 mins I qualified. Knowing I was caring for both my parents he had me scheduled for next day service ASAP!
Next day the installers show up and did their job by installing my much needed air in the heat we have been experiencing. Here is where things get a little tricky. One would think that after you read this part I would write a horrible review. Less than 24 1/2 hour later my A/C stopped working my house was blowing hot, my mom an I have R.A and this was doing a bad number on our joints. For my dad to complain I new I was not hallucinating to the heat in the house. The installers did tell me the day before that they were sending an Electrician out, however I called a few times to verify. I called because for some unknown reason they had my moms phone number not mine. (My mom has a memory problem at this time). So after we get the number situated I receive a phone call stating they are 30 mins away. The electrician shows up and his name is Ryan C. He came in said his hellos and got to the problem right away.
At this time I must say I felt relieved and well things happen and what not.
Fast forward I notice my pool pump was not working and has not worked since the day the installers installed the A/C. I immediately called my Pool technician and he said hey we have electric coming to the pool pump but none going out. I had to replace a new pool pump that was roughly 1400.00. I am now swimming in debt. When my Pool Technician replaced the pool pump with a new one he started it up and had no power. He was confused I was confused and then we both go to the electrical panel and he said hey who rewired or rewrote what goes where? I told him about the A/C how I had an electrical problem and the Electrician came out and trouble shot what was wrong, however he was not the one whom wrote in the panel box what was what, the initial installers did. So when I called Ryan C whom works for right time I told him what was going on and handed the phone over to my pool Technician, Ryan had my pool tech check some things out and still a no go, Ryan said he will be at my residence before the end of his day to check it out.
True to his word he was out and he did correct the problem. He has called to see how my A/C has been working and any problems with my pool pump. I said no.
So very fast forward installers didn't do something correctly, however Ryan C did take care of my problem and had my electrical up an running correctly. Right time services even paid for my pool pump. I didn't want them to cut me the check I wanted them to pay my Pool tech and they did. From the moment I called in to having even the small issues with the installer about not knowing much about electricity I must say customer service is AMAZING! RYAN C still Call due to the fact that my electric panel is old since my home was built in the early 1960's and yes I am going with Right time service. They may not give you answers right away however they communicate, very customer orientated and by far from picking up the phone calling in an issue to the problems I have I would highly recommend them to anybody whom is willing to be patient and know we are all human. Installers make mistakes and this company took ownership of their mistakes. My only real issue is tell your installers if they have an issue tell them to call the electricians and or say hey we have an issue and we need help, it's honest and I respect that more than anything. This company in is in it to win it. Trust them. I absolutely love this company. I must say that they are amazing and compassionate about their Job and their work.
So on yesterday 07/27/2016 was the start of the new project Ryan C came out an started my electrical panel and actually showed me what was not right about the panel that I had redone a few years ago. Just because I am a woman, don't think that they ""right time"" would take advantage of me. Ryan C was very through with his Explanation of what needed to be done. I actually looked to see what he was doing and then went on line to check it out and he was doing everything according to plan. He brought a helper out on his first day Adrian and he was amazing as well.

This is a Big Rip off company. We called and The Tech came over after several delays and checked the A/C and said the refrigerant was out and needed 3Lbs for $1300 plus $129 I gave him for diagnosis.
Then he said he will be back in 1 week and to see if there is a Leak and if there is , there will be more charges in addition to above charges. Then I asked him what if that did not resolve the problems and then what!
He said we can sell you a New unit. I paid him the $129 for house call and said good by!!
Called this other company and he said your refrigerant is FULL and there is NO need for Refill !! But my circuit board was burnt and he replaced it and charged us for a fraction of what right time was trying to rip us off!!
The Unit is working Great now!
Don't be fooled by big name companies like right time!!

The Good: fast response most of the time and the texture always courteous, clean, and respectful.
The Bad: Overpriced, HEAVY on the upselling...it gets old fast. My entire system was replaced and I had to call them at least five times and 18 months due to problems with the unit. This included comments by the technicians like ""oh they forgot to screw this in all the way"" or ""The last guy should have done this"", Or ""wow look they left a piece of metal in here"".
Summary: Don't use
Update: So once again the compressor stopped working and I needed to call them since I knew the part and labor were still under warranty. They confirmed that the part was indeed the problem. The first guy to come out and diagnose it diagnosed it correctly but wasn't able to finish it due to another emergency which left me having to nail stay home two days in order to wait for the next person to come and fix it. The next person however, Martin e V, was very good and professional. It took him seven hours to fix the part with additional recommendations for my air-conditioning is finally working on hot days. I've added one star to my previous rating because it seems that he was able to not only diagnose the problem and fix the problem but wouldn't leave until you were sure it was working because he knew I'd had multiple problems with the company and with the unit which I still think is a lemon. But I feel this update was necessary to give credit where credit was due to Martine V.

Housesitting for my parents and they had their airconditioner serviced. D'antre was extremely helpful. He explained everything without bullshitting me. He was professional and thorough. He recommended which services he thought would solve our problems but he was not pushy and I appreciated that. Excellent service and great manners. Very polite.

I drove 2 hours to a site where an estimator was supposed to meet me, per prior arrangements with ""RighTime Home Services."" Nobody ever showed up. No apology call, and no good reason provided for no-show when I called the next day. The bids they gave over the phone were ridiculous...about twice the other two estimates.
Let's see, horrible prices and no-show on-site estimator. Why should anyone do business with this company? Shame on Home Depot for supporting these guys.

I had to get service on my AC system on July 14, The technician Noah was knowledgeable patient and very pleasant to talk with. He explain everything to me step by step. He didn't try to push any unnecessary service and what he did suggest he was very sincere.
