I knew something was wrong when I walked to my kitchen and felt the heat under my feet coming through the wood floor. Sure enough....we had a burst hot water pipe! My husband raced to turn off the water, and we scrambled to find a reliable plumber fast. I was nervous to work with a company I had no prior knowledge of, but given the urgency and seeing solid reviews, I took a chance on Righteous Plumbing. Best decision ever!

The whole team was prompt, professional and courteous from beginning to end. Kevin provided us with a few options for addressing the repair. His explanation and pricing were reasonable. He wasn't pushy or sales-pitchy in his approach, which we really appreciated. Since we had older plumbing and wanted to reduce the risk of problems later, we decided to go with a full house re-pipe and tankless water heater replacement beyond just addressing the burst pipe.

Amen was delightful to work with -- a great communicator, prompt, and thorough in every way. He and Anthony completed the work quickly, were conscientious, attentive to the details, and made sure they addressed any concerns we had as the project unfolded. They took pictures of the burst pipe in our crawl space to substantiate our insurance claim. And they genuinely seemed to care about us as customers. That's kind or rare these days.

I don't bother to leave glowing reviews for services received unless I am truly pleased, and this is one of those cases. Righteous Plumbing is an outstanding company and deserves a shout-out. We heartily recommend!

Needed to repipe my house and replace a tub spout. The pricing feels better than the others because i did shop around. Since it was an old house and new problems showed up, i felt comfortable to just get it done by them too since i know their pricing can fit into my budget. Overall the work is satisfactory and the only concern is that the dry wall repair is not included which is fair because they're plumbers not general contractors. Yes i would recommend them to people i know.

I'm so grateful to Righteous Plumbing. I noticed one morning there was a small leak coming from under my house, running outside of my back portch. They came immediately, and was able to assess the issue quickly. Turns out we had a leak from the pipe located under the kitchen sink. Amen is amazing.! He gave us a couple of ways to fix the problem. Since it was our 2nd leak we've encountered since we purchased the house 10 years ago, we decided to repipe the whole house. Pricing was fair and the service was outstanding. Amen and his team did a great job. They were neat with their work, very professional, dependable and trustworthy. We would highly recommend them. We would definately use them again, if needed.

They were fast to respond to my request and came out to clear out our lines and show me the borescope video in person where roots were growing into my plumbing line. They snaked it out and showed me live the after rework borescope video showing me it was all cleared out and good to go. Haven't had any plumbing problems since! Make sure to monitor their work. We regret using them! They came out to our home a little over a year ago due to a gas leak we had in our main line. They were hired to repipe and did the job that same day, but not correctly at all! We recently found out, since we are now landscaping our front yard that they did not bury the pipe underground properly since it is not up to city code (code requires it to be placed 18 inches underground) then to top off their lack of professionalism they left the old gas line underground...likely because they didnt feel it necessary to dig deep enough to get to it. Furthermore, Kevin lied to us and stated he had ""thrown in the water line, since he was running gas line parallel to it"" and guess what, there is NO new water line! Be aware as a consumer too that plumbers aren't supposed to turn the gas back on after the work, the Gas Co. is supposed to come out and inspect their work and address any safety concerns (per the Gas Co. tech) and they ""did us the favor"" of not complying properly with this requirement either. They got it done rapidly but because they took shortcuts that are now costing us more than the $4600 we paid them. When we reached out to them to advise that we needed them to come out, examine and rebury the pipe correctly, not only did they refuse to come out they flat out asked that we pay them more money to do the job correctly. Horrible and nothing ""righteous"" about them!
