Val has been so nice to talk to and always gives updates on the status of the job. Kevin came the same day and helped us with our backed-up kitchen sink. He did a few passes and gave a 1-year warranty on the job.

My washer/dryer needed new valves to connect the water & gas lines, and I got Righteous Plumbing's information from a friend who recently had some work done. I had what I thought were washer valves that would fit my connection and provided photos of the material and the connection to them. They didn't mention it wouldn't have fit, so they provided a quote of $180 over the phone for labor only assuming pipes behind the wall were in good condition.

Day of the appointment, Kevin stopped by and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He noted that the two valves I had would not work and went out to purchase new ones. He was able to get new valves and covers promptly and fitted them without an issue. I had a great experience working with Kevin and appreciated his professionalism and quick work.

The reason for the 4 stars is because I was charged $245. I contacted the office afterwards to ask why there was a $65 discrepancy between the quote and the final cost and was told it was for materials (two washing machine valves), and the extra time and gas. I also asked my friend about their experience and it seems like they were also charged over their quoted amount, so I'm concerned that this is a pattern that's relying on folks to not follow up with the company on this and to just eat the discrepancy cost.

In summary, I do want to emphasize that they did a great job and I have no issue with the work and the quality. However, I do feel it's important to share with the community my experience with their quote and final cost as it's happened both to my friend and myself and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

They were able to come to my office the same day I contacted them. Did what they could day of but had to come the following day as it ended up becoming a larger job. The crew, Amen in particular, was very professional, respectful, honest, and compassionate to the situation. He explained everything that was going on and could go wrong. Explained the pros and cons of the options available. There is still more work to be done but for the time-being, these guys did what they could. Will be working with them in the future if/when more problems arise.

My 90 year old Mother called me in a panic because she found water on her bathroom floor and knew it was a leaking water heater. I called Valerie and she sent the guys over that day after they finished up a job they were working on. They capped the water source and took out the old WH that night and came back the next morning and installed the new one. Very professional and excellent customer service. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues we may have.

Had a gas leak on our side of the meter.
Socal gas shut it off Sunday night. Said it's your property, call us when it's fixed. Monday morning I called Righteous they had the work started by 1pm and they stayed until well after dark to make sure we had gas for hot showers Monday night. And, since our water line runs next to our gas line they changed that too. The guys were great and the quality of the work is top notch!

""Righteous"" is the perfect name for these guys... I was in a tough situation where I needed some plumbing work done on very short notice. The water to our entire building needed to be turned off for these repairs and I had already promised the neighbors/tenants it would be fixed at a certain time and day. The company I originally hired canceled on me, leaving me high and dry (literally!).

In comes Righteous Plumbing. I called them at some crazy hours in the morning and they agreed to come out within a few hours of me calling. Eamon... or Amon (sorry, I'm bad at spelling names! lol) arrived on time and I explained the problem to him. He said no problem, and then he and his partner quickly got to work.

To my surprise, they were done in an hour and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. No exaggeration of the amount of work needed... No fuss... No games played... They were professional, efficient, kind and their work was guaranteed. Not only would I recommend them to others, but I will also use them for any additional plumbing I may need in the future.

You guys rock! Including the young lady who answered the phone. :)

My water heater's attached copper pipe sprung a leak late last night. Called Righteous Plumbing first thing in the morning. Kevin showed up within an hour to seal the leak. I've called many plumbers in the past, but never called them back, but from my experience with Rightous Plumbing, he will be my go to plumber for the future.

Kevin from Righteous Plumbing did a great job fixing my bathroom sink drain issue. He was very careful in my newly remodeled bathroom. And yes he wore a mask since we are in the middle of COVID 19 pandemic. If I need a plumber in the future, I will definitely call Righteous Plumbing to deal with any plumbing problem.

I'm so impressed with Kevin and his team, we were having some Plumbling issues at our church during a conference our church was hosting. We had many guest that would be visiting our conference during the weekend. Friday night Righteous plumbing came out and helped us to not only fix the problem currently happening but also showed us what was in the future if we didn't take care of the issue. He gave us a great price for the come out that evening.

We also got an amazing estimate on a future project. We know this team is Heaven sent!

Hired Righteous Plumbing to work on a leaky pipe at my parents house. Showed up on time, climbed into the attic, replace the pipe and patched the hole in the wall they made during the repair. Put everything they moved backed in place. They did an outstanding job and would recommend them to everyone. Kevin and his team definitely went above and beyond for my parents. Very respectfully and professional.
