We had Carey come out after the big freeze earlier this year to replace a frozen instant water heater. He was referred by a friend and I didn't care about calling in other plumber. He came promptly, replace the water heater and left. He did charge me a premium for parts and labor but failed to mention that he did indeed replace the water with a lower capacity/ cheaper water heater. On being confronted, he said he would come and replace it, but 5 months later is yet to do anything about it. His standard response is "I'll get back to you" and then you WILL NOT HEAR back from him unless you reach out to him. Very unprofessional and we will never work with him again. NOT recommended.

Answered questions quickly, provided service when requested and arrived on time. Got to work and got it done. No delays, quick and efficient. Bill was as quoted over the phone. None of the charge for an estimate business. Appreciate that. Recommend.

They were very timely in getting job done and did a great job installing my garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet. Only thing was they forgot to wear a mask.
