Great experience! Found out there was a problem with our furnace not long before we closed in the sale of the home. Right Way came out and diagnosed the problem. Parts needed to be ordered and as soon as they came in they installed them the same day. Even when the installer scheduled to come out was tied up at a previous job, they made sure someone came out to finish our furnace. Highly recommend!

Right Way has been right there and willing to take our hard earned dollars when we needed a new furnace, heat pump, on-demand water heater and pressure tank. BUT THEY WON'T SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL. We have called more than once for service to have appointments when no one shows up. The pressure tank is blown.. So today we called this morning and were told they would send the guys out when they got back from a job. About 2:30 we wondered where they were so we called. After being passed around we were told they just couldn't help us out. THEY CAN'T SERVICE SOMETHING THEY SOLD. After raising his voice, my husband was told they could get to us in about 2 weeks. TO SERVICE WHAT THEY SOLD! A pressure tank is pretty important. How does a person flush the toilet without water? Nevermore cooking or basic necessities. We will never spend another dollar at ""wrong way"" plumbing.

I was told to contact them under a warranty of a hot water heater I had purchase from Lowes with a lifetime warranty. I called and they were very polite and quickly set up appointment to visit my water heater. Mr. Norman got here early for the appointment and very quickly determined my water heater has died ( it served a good life for 16 years) and he explained my options. Mr. Norman was very helpful and kind regarding the demise of my water heater the whole situation was very stressful and overwhelming. Unfortunately, due to my financial situation I had to go with a lesser expensive option to replace my beloved water heater. However, my contact with Right Way Plumbing was exemplary.

We have used Right Way several times over the last 10 years for drainage repairs and a hot water tank installation that were all completed in a timely manner that kept us functioning. However, when contacted today re: a broken pipe issue I was informed that they do not respond to emergencies and that it would be a minimum of a 4 week wait. To be sure we will now take our plumbing work elsewhere and will not suggest their services to others,

We called in to have our annual furnace service done to prepare for winter. The service technician went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was spotless. He replaced all of the filters, dusted, and scrubbed this thing till it looked almost new. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. 5/5 stars and we will be getting any services we need done through them from now on!

Super quick response and terrific results! We had a leak right at the spot where the water line comes into our home. Right Way came over the very next day after we called and within an hour and a half had repaired the leak AND replaced some pipe and a hose bib so that we now have a working spigot at the front of our home - work that was additional to our original request.

Sean & James were both knowledgeable, super fast, and efficient (very important when you're being charged by the hour). They explained the problem, gave us options and then immediately got to work to solve our problem. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Good plumbing and HVAC people are hard to find. So far so good with Right Way. They installed a tank-less water heater in our house and have done some minor repairs.
