I ran a business in Georgia prior to moving here. Our desire to be near our grandchildren led us to find our forever home in East Tennessee. I hold OSHA certification as a Pipeline Foreman, specializing in sewer and water mains. I have worked with residential septic systems, sewer lines, and a range of plumbing solutions.

While in school, I took all required courses for home remodeling, covering plumbing, electrical systems, and construction. I have practical experience in masonry and heavy equipment operation, with examples of my work available in pictures.
