Ted replaced a couple water heaters for me and I could not be happier with his work. He obviously has a ton of experience and was able to get the job done right the first time. Plus, his price was reasonable.. 100% recommend!

This plumber, Ted, did not complete the work I paid him for. He said a part was on backorder, the water meter. I had to call him multiple times to come out and install it. He came out but never installed it. In fact he said he forgot it at home. He won't return my phone calls or text. Big rip off. I'd avoid this business, unreliable.

CASTLE ROCK PLUMBER ! Last week, there was a leak in the overhead plumbing near the water heater. I wrote down 2 numbers that were recc'd. here on Next Door. I called Ted Horton and left a message, but was afraid to wait, so called the second number. Ted got back to me within a couple hours and I told him I already had someone else coming out around 5pm. He couldn't have been nicer about it! Guess what! The plumber who came out took one look at the leak, the pipes, and said he would ""not touch them"" -He was not even interested in replacing the ""terrible pipe""--he said working with these pipes can be a nightmare, and he left!

I was worried the pipe would give out and flood the basement, and texted Ted Horton. He was working late on a job , but said he would do his best to come over on his way home-he arrived around 7:30Pm. He agreed that the house has troublesome pipes but he would definitely fix the leak! That night he showed me how to turn off the hot water heater and drained the pipe into the basement sink, so no worries about it giving way.

He came back the next day with everything he needed to make it all good! He drew marker lines around the new fitting joints and told me if the lines moved, to call him--but they have held just fine He answered lots of questions I had, and even looked at a leaky toilet flapper. (Apparently I had bough the wrong size).I told him how we had paid over $400 to reset a toilet , and how that same company wanted $650 to replace kitchen sink faucet (I declined that bid!) . His prices would be about 1/3 to 1/3 of that. Today, he stopped by and surprised me with the right size flapper!

Ted Horton has many years of experience and is local to Castle Rock. He has his own Veteran-owned company called Right Touch Plumbing , LCC . He does not charge to come out and estimate your job.
