Older building and our inspector didn't catch that the kitchen sink plumbing was very patchwork. It has been getting worse - draining very slowly/getting backed up - so RTR came out and replaced the ABS pipes so that there is more of an angle and it flows better, they also snaked the branchline. Showed up the day after I booked, right at the start of the 3 hour window. Fixed the problem in about an hour and we figured out the invoice through email. Definitely will use RTR in the future

My utility sink, which my washer drains into, was clogged for a few days. I tried the snake the drain myself but couldn't get through the blockage. Turns out the pipes were corroded. These guys had the pipes replaced and the drain cleared within a day. It was a lot of work - they had to carve a hole in the exterior wall and also crawl beneath the house to replace the pipes. I also appreciated they installed a clean out to make it easier (less Intrusive) to remove a clog. Would definitely recommend.

I called Right Time Rooter and Plumbing Service and explained my plumbing issue. Anthony came out and immediately assessed the non emergency issue and gave me an estimate. An appointment was scheduled next day and Technicians Kevin and Deveron showed up promptly and immediately got busy addressing my issue after they described to me in great detail the problem and,


probable cause of my leak. Once Technicians dug up the area they noticed an additional leak and brought leak to my attention. I was able to notify the Association of the problem and an immediate repair was made all at the same cost. Thanks to RTR service observation two leaks were repaired and corrected at minimal cost. Technicians were friendly, professional and eager to assist me. I salute RTR Service for a job well done. Minimal inconvenience to my tenant because water was off less time than the Technicians originally stated.
