This is a good team. A pleasure to work with. They were straightforward, accommodating and reliable. I submitted a Yelp request for a quote to unclog my upstairs bathroom sink. Anthony responded immediately. We had a short chat so he could ascertain the situation (single family home vs. townhome, floor level etc.), and he gave me a flat price on the spot (vs. a range), which was on the lower end of the handful of quotes I've received from other plumbers. After checking my schedule and quotes from others, I circled back with Anthony and he scheduled the job for the next day, Sunday. I asked for Sunday afternoon, as the morning didn't work for me, so he agreed to make the afternoon work, notwithstanding the fact that his team had a separate job already booked at that time.

The plumber who showed, Deveron (Sp?), was super courteous and friendly. He came in with his own booties, made his way upstairs, cleared out the cabinet under the clogged sink, and got the job done in no time. When he was done, he placed everything back where it belonged, making the bathroom look like he had never been there, and tested the drain with me.

This team is ""good people."" It would be my pleasure to work with them again... of course, they did all the work...LOL :).

We were referred to Right Time Rooter by a network of realtors for their excellent service. Anthony arrived shortly after we called and quickly determined we had a main line stoppage. Mandel joined him soon after to unclog the main line, and also use their camera to show the damage done by the large tree roots. Mandel advised against digging up the old, damaged pipe because it would weaken the roots of the nearby tree. Instead, RTR relined the old pipe with a new inner surface to make the pipe completely sealed without any obstruction. RTR takes great pride in their work and encourages clients to observe each step and ask questions. We called them a few days later to check out an odor. Trayvon and Anthony thoroughly inspected under the house to make sure there were no leaks or other problems. Anthony offered further investigative services if the odor continues. The odor is rare and existed long before the current issues.

I discovered a water leak under my house at 4:30 in the morning. I turned off the water main and called around to get help. I discovered this gem of a business. Kevin came out at 7;30 that morning and got straight to work. He explained the problem took pictures for me and even helped with another problem that I had with a front water sprout. I even received credit for a future job that I want done. I will definitely recommend them.

Tony was recommended to me by a colleague a few years back and I highly recommend him and his team. They are honest, straightforward and reasonable and will take the time to explain things and answer any questions.

They've done a number of jobs on different things for me over the years - water heater, clogged drain, cast iron pipe leak, kitchen garbage disposal, toilet replacement, etc.

It's sad that I have to say this but I am a single woman and I don't feel like they're taking advantage of me or talking down to me. I can't say the same for many other home-related service professionals.
