He also happened to be a plumber that had good reviews. I called when I got home and wittin an hour, Octavio was at my house fixing my lines, installing my faucet and recaulking my kitchen sink. We had a whole house drain blockage and called several plumbers for help. The first three had us leave a message with hope of a speedy call back. The 4th place we called was Right Solution Plumbing.
They answered the phone and we were told a technician would be out within an hour. 30 minutes later Octavio knocked on our door.
He was able to identify AND fix the blockage in just a few minutes.

My bathroom sink wasn't draining so I called Right Solution Plumbing. I spoke with Amanda who was able to get the technicians out to my house within a couple of hours. Both technicians were super nice and professional. They had the problem fixed in about 20-30 minutes! They even wiped down the bathroom with Lysol before they left which was greatly appreciated. They charged a fair price and did a great job! I will definitely be using them again if need be and will recommend them for sure!!

As I was getting up and flushing my toilet...so saw my wedding fall into the toilet as it was flushing...in slow motion! After I got done with the initial shock, I immediately turned off the water to the toilet and forbid my children to flush any of the toilets! Then I got on yelp and called the first company I saw with a 4+ star rating! Right Solution Plumbing happened to be the first company I pulled up and without skipping a beat I called and told Amanda my predicament.

She warned me it would be after 6:30 when they'd be able to come. And sure enough...they got really busy and were not able to get here until almost 11 pm...BUT THEY CAME AS PROMISED! In my desperation in waiting and not being able to flush the toilets or use any water...I called her 3 times! ...but Amanda answered every time and patiently reassured me that they were coming!

When John and Rick finally came, they were very professional, approachable and knew exactly what to do! Within 5 minutes of their search I heard a ""woo-hoo!""

I came outside and saw in their camera a bright shining ring in the midst of all that murky water! I was jumping for joy! Within another 5 min, they sucked it out with a strong vacuum and into their filtered container! When they pulled it out I was in tears!

I cannot express enough gratitude for their work and patience and their professionalism! So, in short (or long) I most definitely recommend and will be a loyal customer of Right Solution Plumbing!

I spoke with his wife Amanda, and she was so helpful and offered to send a technician out right away. Since we had our leak under control we waited until Monday morning.
We got a courtesy call at 8:00am that the technician was on his way. He, was also very helpful, thorough and explained everything to us. He followed all the necessary safety precautions with the pandemic that is happening right now.
