I can not say enough about this company. I am a little confused because I though they were in Banning. Nevertheless, they were great They also work on Sunday! I could not wait 4 days for someone to come out from
the home warranty company. I had a broken toilet folks......and it needed to be fixed! The plumber came out looked and toilet and diagnosed my problem. He installed one of those new toilets with the pressure assist toilet. OMG this thing could flush a cow and not clog, The guy was professional and quick. he even filled out the card for me to mail in for my warranty! Great Company. Did I say they were open on Sunday?

I had called another plumbing service and they were extremely rude to me, I called right solution plumbing and from start to finish was a pleasant experience. They came within the duration they specified and James quickly and efficiently fixed my clogged sink. Highly recommend!

Owner James called me directly after I placed a quote request thru Yelp. During the conversation he asks lots of great questions to REALLY find out what my plumbing needs were as we set up the appointment. He spent about 20min going over my issues only to come to the conclusion it was simple fixes we could handle ourselves. Literally he said ""I don't want to waste your money"" but not in an arrogant or unconcerned way. He said if we run across issues to call him direct and he'd help us thru! Who does that!? He was so kind and patient, not seemly rushed to make a buck off us. If we need plumbing services again, James and his crew are on the top of our list no doubt. I'm just so impressed with the owners customer service and willingness to LISTEN to customers. Gem.

We had a toilet tank leaking into bowl & we couldn't get it to stop! Right Solution Came Out right away & replaced the whole toilet with nwpew start of the art jet flush model, it is wonderful but pretty pricey at $650.00!

James came out on a Sunday after our home warranty company failed to find a company to come out for an emergency water heater rupture until the following Tuesday. Water was leaking through our walls and flooding our garage. He was prompt, polite, informative and very helpful! He had a restoration crew on their way before he left to get parts so they could begin the demo from water damage and get the ball rolling. I cannot say enough about the level of care we were given today, especially when our daughter was sick and on a Sunday next to no one else wanted to help out. I highly recommend James and Right Solution Plumbing!

It took two guys two button up a 1-1/2 schedule 40 line 7 & 1/2 plus hours to get a complex with over 200 units it's water back.!They don't carry common material in there truck to fix an easy repairs they break & expose the problem then run to get parts! This Company is Horrible!

Amazing service from Right Solution Plumbing! Our water heater in our home stopped working, and after a few attempts from my husband trying to fix it & after a couple of weeks of unsuccessful repair attempts lol I was referred to James, the owner of Right Solution. I spoke with his wife Amanda and she was very helpful and quick to send a plumber out my way. Gary arrived on time and gave us a free estimate. In the end we needed a new water heater and still all in the same day they got us a new heater and installed it. At this point it was already late into the evening and still they went above and beyond to work late so that we'd have hot water again. I highly recommend them, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you Right Solution Plumbing!!

I agree with Flex H. I needed a gate valve replaced by the water meter I was told that it would be $385.00 so I ask the plumber that was here really how long would it take you to replace he told me 1 hour max so it is my and my opinion only that this company will rob you blind if you let them so I waited 1 day and talked to the maint man here in the park had him take a look at it he fixed in about 1/2 hr and charged me $80.00 with parts this company thinks that if you call someone to fix a problem and they show up you will pay whatever they tell you it will cost just because they are here and can fix it now save your money and call someone else you will be better off
