I scheduled an estimate visit with Mick from Right Price on a Monday at 7am. When 8 rolled around and nobody had showed up, I gave him a call and he thought it was scheduled for 1 or 2pm that day. He blamed a brain fart for the mix-up. That's fine, I understand that and it wasn't really a problem since I was just getting ready for work. We rescheduled for the following morning at 7:30am. Mick showed up on time, was very nice, looked at the project....totally normal and straight forward. When he was leaving I asked if we could have an estimate by the end of the week and he said I would have it to me by the end of the day. It's now Wednesday of the following week and I've heard nothing.

They might do great work, but it shouldn't be this difficult.

This review is a little late in posting as Mick came out to our house last week, but he was so helpful and we have had such a hard time finding a good plumber in the past that I wanted to try to help out other yelpers who have had just as hard a time finding a good plumber. You won't go wrong with contacting Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.

Our problem was that we ended up getting a stuffed-up toilet in the middle of night... no apparent reason as we didn't stuff it up. But first thing in the morning we found Right Price Rooter on Yelp and gave them a call. Mick said someone would be out within a couple of hours. When he realized his helper was not going to make it by the time he promised, he gave us a call and said he would come out himself... which he did. He kept in constant contact so that we would know when to expect his arrival. He showed up and resolved the problem pretty quick. We also showed him a few other issues we were having with fixtures changing color on a couple of our sinks and another fixture dripping. He said he will look into the pricing and availability of replacing the fixtures which are a little bit on the pricier end, and get back to us as soon as he had any information.

We highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter. If you want someone who is responsible, knowledgable and timely, then don't hesitate to contact them. They were great! and we will be sure to call them anytime we have any other plumbing issues! Thank you again Mick!

Let me just start out by saying that our rental property is a 100 year old house. I hope that's enough to say that plumbing has been a problem for a while now. It's been so difficult to find a company that's knowledgeable and experienced enough to tackle the situation with confidence... not to mention fair (ok, VERY FAIR) rates. After consulting with 6 plumbing companies we decided to go with this company because Mich (the owner) didn't give us the run around or try to rip us off during our time of desperation. What other plumbers said couldnt be done Mich was able to do. One of the things for example, was drainage issues in the tubs. His professional crew thoroughly evaluated the situation by going under the house and spending some time checking the pipes. They did such a great job identifying what needed to be changed and what didn't that it saved us a lot of money. On top of that, the drains have been draining so quickly and smoothly for MONTHS now... and I haven't been bothered by our tenants ever since. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

I called Right Price when we realized the pipe under our bathroom sink had come apart and water had leaked everywhere. I spoke to Mick who came out, put the pipe back together and didn't charge me for his services! I insisted he charge me for taking the time to come out and for repairing the issue but he refused! He was quick, professional and the nicest plumber I've ever hired. Thanks Mick!

I called at 4:30 a.m. and immediately was able to speak directly to a person. Mick was at the house first thing. He did a wonderful job. He was honest, fair and professional. What a great company! I called because I dropped my earring down the sink drain. They came right out, retrieved my earring, fixed the stopper in my sink and didn't charge me!! I will definitely use them again.
