If you're looking for an honest plumber then contact right price rooter. They are a family operated company in Glendale and the integrity of their business will come through in the first phone call. Juan took care of a laundry list of work for us when we got a new home and he crossed items off that were unnecessary instead of just overcharging us. Mick in the office was great and has me convinced we have our plumbers for life!

We bought a run down building whose plumbing was completely shot, and we hired Right Price Rooter to do a full repipe, full new drain/vent job on our triplex. They also replaced our main water line and water heater vent system, and ran all new gas lines. They re-plumbed our entire building, and their prices were way below every other bid we got. Their workers were professional and efficient. Unlike many contractors, Mick is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We are pleased with their work, would absolutely recommend.

I contacted Right Price to look at my leaking water heater. When I found that it couln't be repaired, I was given options for both a traditional tank, and tankless replacement. I went with the tankless, and Mick was able to recommend a specific unit that wouldn't cause problems with my HOA, as I live ina condo. Juan and Mick installed the unit without a hitch, and left my garage spotless and the closet freshly painted. I was happy with both the pricing and customer service I received, and would recommend them fully.

Excellent work ethic!!!! I was amazed with their customer service skills (you can tell it was passed on from father to sons). Its a well known family business and if I could give them more than 5 stars TRUST ME I WOULD !!! And when it comes to prices they bit everyone ! ( i quote at least 4 others)
Only thing they arrived late ...but you want to know the reason ??? The worker pull his shoulder in his last job and still made it to my place !!! Im very pleased and for sure will use them again

In the end, we are very happy with the work. We especially loved the guys who worked the job- Armando, Juan, and the gentleman who did the plaster. All lovely, hard working guys. Prices were very competitive, and the work seems to be high quality.

I wasn't sure about this company, but we had a falling out with our previous plumber, and the overflow had popped again. The first call wasn't great--they said they could do the job and then needed an extra day because we live on a hill--so we weren't thrilled. However, Mick gave us a discount on the rooter job (sewage on the side of our house=no fun), and we were OK. Still, I wouldn't haven't written a review based on that. Fast forward three weeks to this morning: same sewage problem. I was pretty annoyed when I called Mick, and I did realize that we needed to replace the pipe, but he was AWESOME. They came out the same day and replaced 15 feet of line (I think the guy's name was Juan--and he was totally professional and FAST). Best of all was Mick: when he came to collect the bill, he actually knocked off the original rooter charge and then other charges, giving me the job for almost half what the original plumber quoted, with a warranty. WOW. I have almost never had a contractor/plumber/electrician do a job on rush, when I am desperate, and then give me a discount. In addition, they showed me everything, cleaned everything up, and best of all...I can now flush my toilet! If you need a rooter job or a line replaced, call these folks. Mick took his time to talk to me, and even though I was originally unhappy (as most of us are when we see raw sewage in our yard), I ended up being very, very HAPPY I called Mick back. And yes, this really is a family business. Thank you, Mick and team!

I wanted to put in a water softener for my house but had some logistical issues in putting it in. I called Mick at Right Price based off the reviews on yelp. I was skeptical with so many positive reviews but I tried anyway. Mick showed up on time and very professional and polite. He came up with a good plan and sent Juan to install the system. He even recommended a much less expensive one I hadn't found on my own that his other customers were happy with. And when I researched it reviews were great. The GE 40,000 grain available at HD. Juan did an awesome job and worked really hard all day to install it. Of course there were unexpected drainage issues with my 25 year old home. Mick quickly came to the house to assess what was happening and made a recommendation that included digging under the concrete patio. I was hesitant to proceed with this much more involved and expensive work. But it was like he had eyes underground and knew exactly what was found the next day! And in the end what he charged me was incredibly reasonable as two guys worked all day this time. I am very happy with their work and recommend them with the highest regards. I can't say I look forward to working with them again (who would look forward to calling a plumber) but I will be calling them next time they are needed.

Haunted House. It is October, and Raffi and Carlos were working on my house. I was at CERT training, while my wife was working on Habitat for Humanity, so no one was home. They got started and would have gotten done, but the front shower came on. Yes, no one was home!

They told me that they kept knocking and the shower just kept going. They finally had to shut off the water from the main shut off on the street to keep from wasting water. Then, they continued with their work.

After I got home, they turned the water back on, and I shut off the front shower, but no one really knows how and why the shower came on in the first place.

An unsolved mystery for sure, still unsolved. But, they kept working and got done on time.

Called in on a Sunday evening (5pm), and somebody answered! Not just a secretary to take some info for the next day, no, a plumber! We talked about my water heater problem for a few minutes, and he walked me through a few troubleshooting steps, contacts, and where to go from here. He then said once I got the part needed, I should call a plumber or gas technician. I asked if I could call him back, and he, ""Of course, we'd love to help!""

In the end, he assured me there were only a couple of possible problems, and as it turns out, he was right! Happy that I may not need them, but this is just how excellent these people are.

I had a great experience with Mick. I called Mick this morning because our master shower started to drain slower than usual which makes it so that you're standing in a puddle - totally unpleasant. Mick said he could come later this afternoon - bonus points for a same day appointment especially since another plumber I called wouldn't be able to come till tomorrow. Also, Mick gave me a great price after bringing him a competitor's bid.

Mick was on time and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. He also took his shoes off before coming into our place which I appreciated!!

While we did experience some minor issues (seemed like it was just an off day for Mick), Mick went above and beyond to correct them. I have NEVER had a company go this much out of their way to make a customer happy and because of this, I will definitely be using Right Price again and recommending them to my entire condo building.
