I have had several dealings with Right Price Rooter over the past couple of years and they have been great! I am a contractor and a landlord, and I have rooter needs from time to time, for sure. Mick sent his guys out to deal with a property that I have, to clear my main drain, which I have been doing about once a year for the past 15 years. We have root intrusion and even though I have replaced sections of the main, there is a section that runs under the nicely finished driveway, that I have opted to maintain in this manner. Mick tried his best to get through for me but after cutting his jetting hose on my collapsed pipe, said the pipe needed to be changed and refused to take any money, as the work had not had a positive result. I dug down and did change out a section of pipe that seemed to be the problem after that, but was impressed by his ethic. This past week, I again had an issue, on the same line, further down. Mick, remembered the last time out and explained his concern about coming out, but agreed to. His guys were fantastic and cleared my line. The backup at the cleanout, had resulted in a bit of a mess around the cleanout area. They cleaned and hosed down the area before leaving. I like this company! Thanks Mick.

I recently called this company for a sewer line hydro-jet and camera inspection and boy were they fantastic! They were able to come out to the property within 24 hours of me calling in the inspection and Mick himself came to examine the issue. Before even setting up the hydrojetter, Mick ran a camera through the pipe and saw that it was clear and called off the hydrojetting. Mick saved us money and reassured both the buyers and the sellers of this home. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!!

Mike is very super nice.
I called in and he arrived within an hour. Then he found out there wasn't any real issue but one of my kitchen pipe is loosened. So he just tightened it without any charge.

Fantastic Service! My kitchen sink backed up on Thanksgiving Day. Needless to say, I had a ton of dishes to wash and needed service ASAP. After placing a request with Right Price Rooter and Plumbing, I received an estimate that was lower than competing companies and within a one-hour wndow.

The technician was courteous and very professional. He had to do a lot of trouble shooting to fix the problem, climbing on the roof several times, surveying the yard, etc. Despite the difficulty of the job, there was no bait n' switch. The price did not go up and my sink drains perfectly. I'm very pleased with the results and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Mick came out within an hour of calling. Assessed the problem (major repipe) and had a crew start working that day. All of the crews that worked were knowledgeable and courteous. Jaun is possibly the best plumber anywhere. He led his crew professionally and went well beyond for me, coming in early and staying late to assure my happiness and that the job was completed correctly.

I'm a tenant who's sump pump went out last Saturday. Because my landlord was unresponsive, I began calling plumbers to get quotes. Mick answered and offered to give me a free quote. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote. Due to the amount of work required, he suggested I contact my landlord first, and even called himself. With the information he provided to me, I was able to get my landlord to find someone. Mick was even kind enough to call me back after he left to offer to help me further if he could. He was kind, courteous, and made me feel relieved that good people existed in this world who are willing to help. If I ever need a plumber again, Mick will be the guy I will call.

Great Customer Service!

Mick's guys were running behind schedule this morning. Mick was really apologetic and communicated that they would arrive as soon as possible. Once they arrived they were very professional and completed the work efficiently.

They ended up not charging for the fix as a way to make up for the late show which is greatly appreciated. I'll definitely call Right Price Rooter & Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

I had a nail jammed in my garbage disposal so tight a pair of pliers wasn't enough to get it out. Any other plumber at this point would've charged me 100 bucks to come over, but I was told it wasn't worth the cost of a visit. Instead These guys took time out of their day to show where the manual turnblade was on my insinkerator and taught me how to fix it myself. They even offered to send someone out real quick if I couldn't figure it out. I ended up paying absolutely nothing out of pocket, learned more about my appliance, and found my plumber for any other problems that might arise. If you're looking for an honest plumber, look no farther. These are your guys

Great service. Fix our clogged toilet in less than 30 minutes. They also checked other possible plumbing issues. Highly recommend them.

I have changed my original review from a 1-star to a 2-star because I received a call from Mick with what seemed like a sincere apology.

In short, they did not show up to two appointments in a row and did even not call to let me know they would not be coming. I stayed home from work for these appointments, so it cost me time and money. They also did not return phone calls as they said they would prior to the appointments.

Mick blamed it on a personal family situation that was occupying his thoughts (which I believe), but as a small business owner myself, I feel that he should be responsible for his actions and the cost of those actions to others. We talked about this on the phone, and I feel that he has learned from this event.

I never actually received service from this plumber, so I can't comment on the work.
