Used Right Price Plumbing & Septic to pump septic tank. Up front pricing with explanation of what you need once the septic tank is exposed. I wanted to know how to properly maintain my septic system so Wesley explained the best way to prevent replacement costs is with regular maintenance. Recommend this company and will be using them for future maintenance calls.

They came to drain/snake a sewer line from the house & re seat 2 toilets. We were quoted $350 by the owner & charged $825 They knew we had a home warranty because Gary had to speak to them & addressed it when the time to pay. Right Price Plumbing and Septic, LLC Came to my house to fix a leak in my basement toilet. We both left the house at the same time. When i returned 7 hours later my basement has 2 inches of water in it!!! they claimed it wasn't their fault!!! Back and Forth, Back and Forth, they claim it was an existing issue, we claimed they left the toilet running all day on something they did or didn't do. (see attached) They fixed everything they claimed was wrong! Their insurance company sent an """"Expert"""" who came he and I discussed the issue and the fact that we used the toilet on a daily basis and we have had people stay in the basement, use the shower, the toilet, sink and everything and we NEVER had any problems with """"a sewer line backed up due to a back water valve being broken and clogged with toilet paper and waste."""" I spoke with him and he said if there was any problem what so ever with the valve the only way it would have backed up is if it ran with a HEAVY FLOW of water for a long period of time. I also spoke with the insurance company they said they were willing to pay the insurance claim except the plumber who came out to do the work (Gary) said """"With Out A Doubt, 100% sure"""" he did not leave the water running. Kevin claims that we have an issue with the flush handle sticking and that is the problem, so which is it?!? Gary leaving it running with Sticking handle or Kevin making a false claim? STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Right Price was the third company I had come out to determine the issue with my septic. They figured it out quickly and had the issue taken care of that day. The two gentlemen cleaned up and left the property in good shape. They explained the work required and how to maintain. The price was better than expected. Will definitely use them in the future.

We had Right Price Plumbing and Septic out to fix a small leak in our toilet. We left after they finished the work. When I came home 7 hours later I heard rushing water and ran downstairs. When I stepped off the bottom step I stepped right into 1"""" of water throughout the entire finished basement. When I turned the water value supply line to the toilet off the rushing water noise stopped. Our entire finished basement consisting of a bedroom, playroom, tv room and two full Gyms was destroyed. Plumber came back out and fidgeted with something in the bathroom and claimed to have done nothing wrong. The owner came out and again would not take responsibility for their actions. The basement was dry when they came and flooded after they left. They will not take responsibility and we are having. To file a claim with our homeowners insurance. COMPLETELY UNFAIR THAT WE NEED TO PAY EVEN A DIME FOR THIS. if we had never called them we would not be in this predicament. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. They are claiming we had an existing issue which we did not. I have the home inspection from a year ago and we did not.

Right Price Plumbing and Septic went above and beyond! I had a hot water heater leak and it was under a life time warranty. Kevin spent MANY hours on the phone with the manufacture and the distributor to help resolve this problem for me. It was a very long and frustrating situation with many hours spent on hold and being bounced around to other departments, I know other plumbing companies would have probably given up and let me deal with all of that on my own but he stayed with it until a solution was made. Kevin and his crew were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend Right Price! Jamie C

I want to thank the guys at Right Price, Josh, Jacob, and the rest of the the team, for the excellent job they did on my home. I was having the entire house re-piped so as to get rid of the ticking time bomb (poly-b) that sorry stuff they built houses with years ago. Josh and Jacob were my active team and the job they did was superb. Any problems that appeared, they were willing and able to address, even a sorry contractor. I cannot thank them enough for the job they did. Right Price is #1 on my list for any plumbing needs I may ever have. I do not know where the S.F.Calif. came from, I live in Loganville, GA.
