In quarantine & our sink became clogged then became a volcano with mud & gunk spurring everywhere. I called Jay at Right One & he was here quickly. He solved the problem & kept all safe by wearing a mask considering the circumstances.
We have joked in the past that plumbers are messy but not Jay. The bathroom was sparkling when he left the job.

Saturday my kitchen sink started to leak. I called several plumbers that said they only come out on Saturdays for emergencies. Dennis called me right back and gave me the option to come Saturday or wait til Monday. The weekend service charge was $125. I was expecting company and didn't want to wait, so he said he would send someone out. In about an hour he called back and said Gene would be at my house In 20 to 30 minutes. Gene arrived on time. He was very nice and polite. He started working right away and gave me price estimates along the way. He fixed my problem and didn't leave a mess (which was a bonus)! I will definitely call them again.

Right one is the RIGHT ONE. My air conditioner broke and they were at my house within the hour! My service man put shoe covers on his shoes before he stepped in the house. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even cleaned off the outside unit and I was back in business. My service man was very polite and professional. The reasonable price was well worth the speed and efficiency. I have already recommended them to several neighbors.

During a terrible deep freeze three years ago, my boiler failed on a Saturday, and several pipes burst. Jay came over that same day and got right to work putting me back on line. Want to give these guys a shout out for the help during storm Jonas. It was not plumbing related, however, with the roads badly plowed, i was in the process of shoveling out my driveway with my parents, When one of these guys in a blue pick was driving by. I was going to ask him to plow me a spot, so i could get my car out of the road. He rolled his window down and before i could ask, goes ""hey, you need me to make you a spot?"" and I said sure! I ran back into the house to grab a few bucks to give him, but he worked quickly and drove away before I had a chance to thank him. Great guy helping out in a pinch! Thanks!

Over the years, he and Right One have saved us thousands of dollars through their wisdom and services. He's also very patient and helpful on the phone, making what seems like an emergency at first into something manageable and sometimes trivial. No question: he's the guy you want to work with.
