initial response was good. Fixed leaking toilet and also leak below kitchen sink. When they left they said to call if any problems reappear. Well the seal below the kitchen sink immediately started leaking again. They came back and insisted that no leak existed even though water was seeping from the seal. Charged us $85 and left. We called again but they refused to come back. Would strongly recommend not hiring this company.

Rob came the same morning that we called for a problem with a Delta bath faucet/leak. It took awhile to figure out why it was not installed correctly in the first place (older home purchased just 9 mos ago in Le Claire). Reasonable for a last minute repair call. Hoping that no more issues come up with this older home

We had a sudden leak from our kitchen down through the floor to the basement and the guys from ""Right On Time Plumbing"" quickly responded and after a 10 minute inspection they indicated the leak was caused by someone spilling water on the kitchen floor. My wife didn't buy that story and I paid them $85 to go. After they left, the leak reappeared. I called, telling them that we determined the leak was the kitchen drain pipe in the wall. The reply was ""we don't do that kind of repair"". I don't know about you folks but I thought plumbing was always in the wall.
We would not recommend this plumbing business.

Our kitchen sink was clogged on Thursday morning and I thought we would have to wait until Monday to get a plumber out. I found Rob on Yelp, and first of all, HE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! He said he could get out to my house in the afternoon, and that he would let me know when he was going to be there. He texted at noon and said he was on his way. He knew exactly what to do, went downstairs and unclogged the pipe in the basement, and not even an hour later he was done! He cleaned the mess as well. Highly recommend!! He is our go to plumber from now on...

Right on Time was fast, I called at 7am and he was at the house that afternoon. Super fast- we had a clogged drain that had me stumped (I had tried a liquid drain cleaner to no avail), he zoomed in and sucked out this massive amout of water, gravel, lint, hair, and plastic from down there. I have no idea how all that got down there and I would have never gotten it out without him.

Perfectly fixed now! Friendly, competent, skilled. Gave us advice on preventing future problems (like how the specific drain cleaner I tried to use eats pipes- yikes).

Affordable! I have hired maybe three local plumbers before for other jobs, Right On Time was hands down the most affordable hourly rate. What a relief since I was kind of worried what a rush job on a clogged nasty drain would take out of my wallet, if you're a poor millennial like me then call these folks for plumbing help. Extremely fair priced and great service!

The drain is clean and works awesome now, no more backed up water, no more awful smell, no more trouble!
