Absolutely wonderful team to work with. Carlos and his teammate were not only great at the job, they were hysterical and made the experience so pleasant. First when I opened the door I got an elbow bump (thanks covid-19) and they started by asking if I'd like them to wear masks and shoe covers (huge win in my book when you remember shoe covers). The tub was a pain to fit in the space but Carlos worked it until it was perfect. His valves repair looks great and he is helping me coordinate tile install. Now I must say he should charge extra for the stand up comedy because I laughed the whole day with their wise cracks and jokes. Such nice guys and I will for sure be recommending them and using them again.

Carlos and his team are AWESOME. They got to my house on time and Carlos was very honest with me.

I had two sinks unclogged, two toilets augered, the water valves in my laundry room replaced and swapped, and the backyard water valve replaced. He also had some suggestions on water softeners and quickly checked my water heater.

The laundry room water valves were never install correctly when we first bought the house. We never cared to fix them but after getting a new washing machine we decided to have them fixed. Once they were replaced and swapped, everything worked like it was supposed to. He also explained to me why one toilet had a weak flush and fixed the issue by replacing the handle that I had no idea was broken.

He did it all in a timely manner and explained what he was doing. He was very polite and was patient with me. I will continue doing business with him.

Carlos was amazing. I had another company cancel at the last minute. Called Right on Time and he was able to come within an hour. In the mist of the pandemic, he took every precaution. Was friendly and reasonably priced. Guess I found myself a plumber. :)
