This company is no good. I have had them come to my home twice through my home warranty. I had to let my home company know that they shouldn't be working with this company AT ALL. My first experience was horrible. Dryer wasn't getting hot and here comes the worker telling me it needed to be replaced. Fine. My placement comes and it is dirty as hell I told him to take it back out my house. The audacity. The worker offered to clean it up which I did let him do it. Of course using my products. After it was clean I used it for the first time and the damn thing still wasn't drying my load completely in one cycle. Called and complained to the point of getting my deposit back and buying a new dryer myself. Now my refrigerator . The freezer stopped freezing and the cold side wasn't getting cold. That same damn worker came out open doors and took pictures and decided it was a leak. Didn't test anything. Didn't move anything. Didn't look behind the refrigerator or nothing. Telling me it needs refrigerant. Based upon what???? I called my home warranty again to complain. This company is HORRIBLE.

becareful when hiring this company,you will not get your rebate back,i was told i would get 49.00 credit back if they did the work.the guy showed up did the work and told me i would get credit.they will not call you back.they won,i gave up.

Hired them to come and install a washer dryer hook up. The showed up 6hrs late on day one of the job... did some of the work. They said they would be back the next day and did not show up. I called and they said they had an emergency so they will come the next day but still did not show up. Then today they said they would come and finish. They did not show up. I called them and spoke to Curtis who hung up on me and did not answer after that. They dodged my calls and emails moving forward. I don't recommend them at all. This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with ANY so called ""business"".

I hired this company because they were able to come out asap.
Well they came out, saw what needed to be done and gave us a price. Was a bit high but not outrageous. The main pipe inside the house had a minor leak so to work on it, they needed to shut off the secondary line outside. Unfortunately we didn't know where it was. So the employee said his boss may have had a solution and was going to meet him at the gas station. And NEVER came back. SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Be a professional adult and say you don't know how to locate it or that you can't perform your job properly. Who thought you could get ghosted from a business you hire

Called Right Now Plumbing on April 29, 2020 to set up an appointment for an estimate to install sewer and water lines on my mom's home. We set a date of Thursday May 7, 2020 between 10:30 and 12:30. The receptionist informed me that the technician would call 30 mins before showing up.

My mom received a call from the technician (Tony) that Friday May 1st and offered to come out earlier that our set appointment and provide an estimate the next day May 2nd. Well, Tony never called or showed up. Fast forward to the day the appointment was set through the receptionist on May 7th,; we had a no call no show again from Right Now Plumbing.

I called the company appointment line to get answers of why we were receiving such poor customer service. The guy who answered the phone promised me the tech would give me a call.......no one ever called me or my mom. This is beyond unacceptable and I will share my experiences on other review sites so people know the type of service Right Now Plumbing provides. We buried my grandmother the week that they did not show and I let them know that this was very important because we were limited on time and the poor service is what we received in response.
