Some years back, I used Right Now Heating to service my home furnace and air-conditioning. I was very satisfied. Tony was excellent.

Right Now plumbing also redid my entire plumbing system in 2019-'20. My biggest complaint was that nothing was marked to indicate which levers and water tanks went to the corresponding units. Upon repeated requests, they reluctantly marked them, except for the well. I asked again (and again), ""please put labels in the well."" They never did. A couple years later when there were problems, I called and they did come out and marked the well at that time, for a very large fee. In winter/spring of 2024, when a tenant couldn't get hot water, we learned that they labeled the water tanks entirely incorrectly.

In 2023, I called them for furnace work for both my home and rental units since I had satisfying furnace service in years prior. I won't go into the details. I was charged more than my lawyer per hour! They actually caused damage, which another heating business had to fix. I will never use them again. I told Joe, the owner, about my experience and he said they had to fire that employee. I was never offered recompense for the damages or the egregious fees. Another case of a business getting to big to maintain quality service.

When I called to ask for help with my plumbing/pipe issues I immediately was scheduled. The receptionist was very kind and listened. Their plumber Joe showed up and immediately looked and was able to locate the leak; he fixed it literally within a few minutes. He also gave me an estimate about how much money it would cost with labor included to replace my old, prone to leakage pipes! This company is well worth it! The furnace they replaced almost 2 years ago is still working great. . . will definitely call this company again

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My heater went out and I called Right Now Plumbing and Heating. They were able to come out the same day. Now for the bag news, I was WAY overcharged. It took Anthony 5 minutes to pull the front panel off my heating unit and see that the motherboard was fried. He then made two phone calls. I was charged 98.00 for diagnostics and 180.00 for labor. Both of these things were done at the same time. There was NO labor, it was two screws to remove the front panel. There is NO way it took him an hour. My total charge was 278.00. They quoted me a new heater at 5,500.00. I checked and the heater cost 1,500.00 so they would charge me 4,000.00 for installation. They are price gouging customers because it's freezing cold and they think they can. I have an appointment with Big Sky; their quote was 3,500.00 - 3,800.00. Again, DO NOT TRUST RIGHT NOW PLUMBING AND HEATING OR AS I CALL THEM, WRONG NOW!!

If only ""no-stars"" was an option. I have two modern boilers in my duplex and on two occasions the zone valve control boxes have seized up causing the system to remain on and overheat the house. They are about $100 a piece to purchase. Typically a plumber family friend helps me and charges me time and costs. Too bad he was hunting on the last occasion so I tried Right Now....What a befuddling and honestly infuriating experience. They actually had the audacity to tell me that there was only a $1167 ""band-aid"" option but also tried to upsell me $3500 for a full service ""rejuvenation"" with a piddly one year warranty. Don't get me started on the gentlemen's acumen once I let him know that was not an acceptable option. He shut down and stopped communicating with words. Folks.....those boilers are barely worth that much new on the shelf. I ended up fixing it myself and shared the quotes with my family friend...which were circulated amongst several other reputable plumbers in the community. They all balked and said they charged $500 for that service. I hate putting up bad reviews but I think if you're honestly going to use this company to get other bids. Save your money for the honest and genuine businesses in Missoula.

Our family has been providing housing in Missoula for many years. Right Now has been as their name states .. Right Now!!! Joy is a gem to work with. They work in old as well as new. You get what you pay for !! These folks are honest and hard working ... awesome people!!

Recently I had Joel Parker-Smith a plumber from Right Now Plumbing and Heating install a new toilet for me. He did prompt work and the fee was reasonable. I would recommend this company .

No rating, because I would give them negative stars. When I called the woman had no idea what she was doing, then scheduled me for the 'wrong' service, and failed to mention that I would be charged just to send someone out. The guy who did come out felt the need to mansplain, stand there and do nothing (not even diagnose the problem) ... except to inform me that I now owed him $260 ... for NOTHING.

My daughter purchased an older trailer house that needed to be moved.
Many plumbing companies refuse to work on this type of home.
Right Now Plumbing came to the rescue! They disconnected the home and two days later did the hook-ups for us.
Great service, fair prices and friendly people.
I'm very happy and will call them for any future plumbing needs we may have.
