They scheduled me for June 10th in the afternoon, but called me that morning to cancel. They rescheduled me for June 14th, but texted me on the evening of the 13th to cancel. They wanted to reschedule me for the 17th, but at this point they wasted a week of my time and I can't trust them. This seems to ag with another review which states that they overbook their technicians and have many cancellations.

This place is so expensive! I called Sunday night after we had a clogged toilet. Was told they would be out Monday afternoon. Monday came and went and they never showed. They called and said they would send someone out Tuesday between 12 and 2. Nobody shows, I called again to see what was showing on and was told they would be here around 3. They finally show up. The plumber brought in the auger leaking someone else's poopy water on my floor not mentioning anything. They got the toilet unclogged and charged me $319. When I asked why it was so expensive they said that's how all the charges start is $319. We will never be using this company again.

If I could give negative stars I would. They purposefully overbooked their technicians which makes them have to cancel a tin of appointments. They were doing this during the severe negative degree temperatures we've been having. They told us they would be here to fix our furnace that completely died then canceled the appointment right before. If they had told us that was a possibility we could have called other places but instead they lied to us causing us to have to scramble to find someone else to heat our home. This behavior should be criminal.

My grandmother was charged $400 to unplug her toilet. It took 5 minutes. They told her it would be $79 plus a little more over the phone. Shame on you. And right before Christmas. This was a big expense for her.

This year my water heater went out. I contacted Home Depot and right now was their contractor. When they came out to do an estimate they let me know my house heater was on recall. So I decided to replace it all. Ac down to the water heater and softener, furnace. It all got done. The salesman did not give me the option to pick what I wanted for the house. He said that what he chose was the only stuff that would work. He was wrong about the special financing and how it worked. Work on the house did not start on time and took 3x as long as they quoted to complete. They did not glue the piping correctly so we had to call the fire department out at one point because there was a leak. Turn out to not be carbon monoxide but my house smelled for days. They were not prompt with the inspections and that took months alone which delayed me getting rebates from the gas company. When the workers were here installing everything they kept going to my then husband. I told them we were getting a divorce, that the house was mine, I bought the house before I bought the husband and they refused to talk to me. When the paperwork came in they had his name on everything from the financing to being a homeowner. He didn't even have a job at that point. It took months to get him removed from everything and took several weeks of calling to figure out I didn't have inspections done, and that I needed them for the rebate. I had to call them about a month ago because the hot water heater doesn't work correctly, my water either stays ice cold or is boiling, and the repair man told me we would have to wait till it completely stopped working to do anything. I had to make another call this week because the air conditioner stopped working, so now I'm going on two months with maybe usable water. The repairman who came out for the air conditioner was amazing, and I can't recommend him enough, it's just terrible that he happens to work for a company like this.

Thursday night my sump vault was full (alarm sounder before any flooding) and the pump was not working. I called Friday morning and they sent a technician out to FIX the problem. $89 (I think) just to show up. The technician removed the lid to the vault and did find that there was a blockage coming from the basement bathroom into the vault. He said that because he could hear the sewage extractor (pump) humming that it was working. He told me that the vault would t drain because my septic tank was full (I had it pumped last November). I immediately went outside and dug up the opening to the septic tank and it was NOT full. Nor was it clogged. The technician said that because he felt the tank was full, this was the reason the pump would not pump out the vault. It was raining and he came out asked for my signature and charged me $387 and left. I went in the basement and he didn't put the bolts back in the lid nor did he clean up any of his mess. I then called a septic pumper company and asked them to come and look at my septic tank. This was going to cost me $300 just to show up since it was ""after hours"". He showed up and said that the tank was ""nowhere near full"" and that it was a ""healthy septic tank"". I asked him how much to just pump it out (I wanted to see if the sump pump would work with the tank empty). He said $350. So he pumps out 1,500 gallons and I head to the basement and nothing happens. I pay them $650 and send them on their way. At this point it's now 9pm and I'm fuming! I have 8 people in the house visiting and only can use the bathroom on the main floor or the master.
With the lid off the tank the foul smell was everywhere in the house and so I sent the visiting family members to a hotel and I covered their rooms (another $300ish).
At this point I am beyond pissed!! I went into DIY mode. I got my 16 gallon shop vac and my wife and I carried over 100 gallons of sewage water out of the basement, 16 gallons at a time. (It's now after midnight).
At the bottom of the vault there is about 2-3"" of sediment (sand other material) and I vacuum it out as well. I then disconnect the pump and pull it out of the vault. It looked old (house was built in 2007) but I had no idea how long these pumps last. I take it outside and find that the impellers are not working. The pump motor would hum but no suckage. I put it in a bucket of clean water and tested and it's not working. I went to Home Depot bought a new pump, new check valve, new ball valve and some additional 2"" pipe.
I watched 1 YouTube video and had the new pump, alarm, check valve, and ball valve installed within 2 hours, filled the tank with H2O and guess what happened..........? It sucked the water out and worked like a charm!
I called their customer service department Monday and politely expressed my frustration and wanted to see IF and WHAT they were willing to do about it. The lady I spoke with said that she was going to give my complaint to management and that they would call me later that day........ it is now Wednesday at 530pm and no word from them.
I have dealt with Advanced Home Services and their horrible service, inflated pricing and lies and they are #1 on my do not refer or use list. #2 on my list is now ""Right Now Heating*Air Conditioning* Plumbing"".
Attached is a picture of the invoice and the technicians notes stating that the vault ""did not clear out"".
NO other options were discussed. No offer to have my pump replaced. NOTHING........
Very dissatisfied with their service.

Wake up, smoke, burning rubber and flashing lights. Honey there is something wrong I think the house is on fire. We got the kids and ran outside while my wife was on the phone with 911. Police department and fire department showed up. The fire has gone out it appears to have come from your furnace. Luckily our house was fine the furnace and A/C were toast. We had multiple problems with Right now heating and air conditioning they had been to our house 3 times as we complained of the furnace over heating it was only 3 years old. The last tech said he had fixed it. We called and talked to the manager today they told us they took no responsibility even though they installed it and serviced three times in December. Warn anyone you know Do Not Use Right now heating and air conditioning.

My granddaughter used these idiots. Below is a list of just some of the things they screwed up but the 4 months of dealing with them was so unprofessional. I wouldn't allow these idiots in my home. Here's the list from my granddaughter.

Now, there are close to a hundred more things they did wrong, but I'll spare you the narrative and just list a few for you:
*They put multiple large dents in our brand new flooring
*They did not install a drip pan under our new water heater, which would have slowly rotted out our new flooring
*They ordered the wrong water heater twice, then asked me if they could knock out a wall to get it to fit
*They put the filter in the furnace up top when it was supposed to be on the bottom
* New thermostat they installed shorts out if you push a button too hard
*Failed inspection multiple times, the city inspector called their work ""the shittiest craftmanship he's ever seen""
*Failed to replace the 30 year old gas line like they were supposed to
*Incorrectly fused the AC unit, argued with the city inspector when he said it was done incorrectly, then hired electricians to finally come take a look and the electricians thought they were idiots for thinking it was right and arguing with the inspector
*Did not install the expansion tank on the water heater that we paid for.

Be very carful if you do business with this company. I had a concern with my furnace on a Saturday. I saw that they were open, so I called to see if they could come out. The person that answered was very friendly and scheduled me an appointment form 1 to 3pm. The tech showed up around 1:30. I showed him what my concern was and he proceeded to adjust the gas pressure, which did not work. He told me he was a master tech with 29 years experience. Felt I could trust him with that kind of experience. He said he cleaned the burners and it still had a problem, he got advice from 2 other techs. He was here for over 3 hours, had another tech come over and their conclusion was I had a crack in the heat exchanger. He said he could see if it was under warranty. I asked if it was not then what. You will need a new furnace. He priced it out at 6,900.00. They turned it off and I went the rest of the weekend without heat. On Monday he called and said the warranty was only 10 years because I was not the original owner. My furnace is 14 years old, so no warranty. I asked it they could just replace the heat exchanger, he said they could do that (earlier the only option was to replace the furnace). He quoted me 2,600.00 to do that. I told him it is a big expense so I was going to look around. He said I don't blame you and hung up on me.....
This is were the truth started to come out. I took the model and serial number to another company and found out that I should have a 20 year warranty. I already had an appointment with another company on Wednesday for a second opinion.
The tech from the other company showed up on time was extremely pleasant and went right to work. He checked out the heat exchanger and determined that there was nothing wrong with it. He pulled the burner tubes ( that Right Now said they cleaned) they had never been touched. He put everything back together, recalculated the gas pressure, because Right Now had messed with it, it was way off. This simple fix and about 1 hour of my time cost me 100.00. Everything is working great.
It just amazes me one company goes straight to replacing it for 6,900.00 and another company can fix the problem for only 100.00. Very unethical company. I advise you to be very aware if you do business with this company
