They worked on my A/C - heater.
Had major problems with them. Wires cut.
I called another company out and he had found a wire cut inside the unit.
He stated is was bent over and purposly made the unit not work. He stated this is an old trick where a company would do this to make you call them back to now fix the heater. They had worked on the AC. just a dust clean up.
Almost new unit.
This company was The first ones in the system. So no wires should have been clipped.
My husband watched the other guy.
So ( the ones who came to fix this company blunder or sabotage job) he didn't clip the wire. The one he found.
Horrible company. I would report their job to the better business bureau everyone.

Then sell some more. And I totally understand that in a world where we tend to overwork, overdo and overproduce we are bound to oversell at certain point and would have to keep the office staff occupied with the creative ideas about how to keep the stuff in warehouse moving. So this pink truckers did lousy job for me once. Then there is a call and a voice message to call them again. Ok. I thought maybe they had some pangs of conscience and decided to actually refund me for the work they did and I paid which was not really performed and had not fixed the issue.
Surprise ;). They just want me to use their $49.99 inspection special, but I am a mature duder who knows how it goes. They will just tell you like they have to clean smth. that worked perfectly fine and it will be another couple hundreds or will try to persuade you that your whole unit is about to fail in the very near future so in the name of peace of mind, why won't you let them rip it off and install a brand new one? I was very polite and told them I am not interested in no uncertain terms, had to repeat myself thrice and asked to remove me from their database, but I am more than sure in a year or so there will be another call and voicemail to ignore.

My question to them is, how are they going make an adjustment in the horrendous amount they charged you for simply replacing a tiny component inside your old tub faucet. I think that what they told and did to you is criminal.

On July 11, 2024, 2 technicians, Jake and Pearl, visited my rental in Gooding Idaho to replace a broken tub spout. They told me they could buy parts from Standard Plumbing in Twin Falls Idaho and they would return within 1-1/2 hours. The tub spout had been broken off and they told me they would buy and replace a new one for $604. I asked them to send me a copy of the estimate but I never received it. The interesting thing is that they told me they would buy the part from Standard Plumbing in Twin Falls, ID, which is 40 minutes from Gooding, and yet within a very short period of time, my tenant told me they had already replaced the spout and had left the premises. After I paid the bill for $604, my tenant sent me a picture of the supposedly new spout, but it wasn't new. It was the same OLD Spout!!!! They only replaced the part that was broken and used the same old spout to make it work.

I purchased a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit four years ago for $8000 from Right Now Heating & Cooling now four years later my air conditioner won't cool. I call Right Now Heating & Cooling and they can't seem to get out here for a week and a half after twice during the hottest few days so far this summer, I finally decided to call someone else. Western heating and cooling was more than happy to come out the next day to see if they could figure out the problem. It seems my unit is icing up and they can't diagnose why because it has to defrost first, which will take three hours, I've called Right Now Heating & Cooling four different times to try to get a manager to call me back with no success. I even asked to speak to the owner Mr. Jeff Cox. He seems to be too busy as well. They also say that they are Better Business Bureau accredited which they are not they lost their accreditation eight years ago, yet still advertise that they are accredited on all their paperwork Seems a little illegal to me. I know my unit is still under warranty. Just waiting to see if someone will ever call me back possible to get past their call center. I wish I had read more reviews before I purchased from this company!cute pink trucks, though.

Yelp won't allow minus Star rating option. If you want an unprofessional, rude, & disreputable organization, then Right Now Heating & Cooling is the company for you. My 90 yr. and hard of hearing mother with limited income called after seeing their ad in the local paper to have her home furnace checked, and the tech (who makes commissions on sales) talked her into a $8,200 sale. The tech sold her a (unnecessary) new water heater along with furnace on ""special"" financing. And the nightmare begins. May 2022 - Installation of furnace and American Standard water heater. Nov 2022 - no hot water as pilot light out & wouldn't start. Tech returned 4 days later to replace burner assembly. Jan 2023 - no hot water, tech replaced gas valve& burner assembly. Nov 2023 - no hot water as pilot went out. Nov 2023 - no hot water etc. March 2024 - no hot water. This is Friday before Easter Sunday. The scheduling dept wanted $79 + credit card on file before sending a tech. My mother asked to have the water heater replaced due to the ongoing issues. Right Now unequivocally said no. Instead, per the assistant manager, the solution from master technician & senior management is to install a ""flue extension"" on the roof. When asked if this will solve the problem, the reply was ""we hope so"". Waiting for the HOA to respond to this flue installation request from Right Now

They did a fine job the first time they came by, the tech was thorough and knowledgeable.
I don't know if they changed management or lost their techs but they've been nothing but problems since.
Saw a deal to get my water heater flushed and scheduled the appointment. Day of they show up late we have to run from an appointment to meet them. Appointment is done and the flush wasn't done.
When I called they said the tech made a note that due to a risk of freezing they weren't able to do it. Sounded like an excuse but I agreed to a follow-up appointment where the service would be complimentary.
We get scheduled for the first appointment of the day, between 8-9am. 10am rolls around and no show. I call and am told that our appointment was for 12-3pm. Unacceptable. They offer to send someone immediately. 90 minutes later we get a call they are 15 minutes away.
We have things to do so we weren't at the house. So of course the tech needs to be rerouted and the appointment rescheduled.
At this point I am done. Don't reschedule me, remove me from your list. 5 min later I get a call that the tech CAN wait for us. Nope, I told you I was done.
I'll find someone who is able to honor their commitments than you very much!

I just want to post this review as a warning to others about the dishonesty we experienced. We had a surge come through our home & damaged some of our wiring (that Idaho power fixed) and our furnace. We called Right Now Heating and Air guys in the pink trucks and they came out quickly which we appreciated! They told us our 2017 furnace was completely fried and we needed an entire new one. Quoting us 7000 dollars. Thankfully for us our home owners insurance covers home surge damage so we called them first to cover the cost. They came out and said it's a 300 dollar fix and does not need to be replaced at all. Imagine if we would have not gotten that 2nd opinion and spent 7000 dollars opposed to 300. We called out another service and the guy fixed our furnace in 10 min and charged 300. He told us Right Now Heating and Air was so dishonest.
Mind you because we had to wait for our insurance to come out and look we went without heat for 2 weeks. We have a baby and child in the home. It was the coldest 2 weeks we've had of the season to and our girls bedroom got down to 48 degrees.
Had they been honest we could have had our furnace fixed that day within 10 min and not had been freezing for 2 weeks and worried about our children freezing as well.
Complete liars and tried to scam us into buying a new furnace.

First I want to say very nice young me. But probably not trained enough. Started my job before Halloween I live in Arco the first group came from Twin Falls every day for 6 days said the job would only take 2 or 3 days told me everything was good my son came the nex day vents were blowing in crawl space pl alot of other stuf. Called them and they would make it right. Crew from Blackfoot came out sai they would have to the job all over because it had not been done right so they go to work and thrashed my home with dust clear out the house had to hire 3 women to wash the bedroom so I could use it job finally fin 5 days before Christmas they asked if I was happy with what went on I said no the told me they would send me a check for$200.00 haven't seen call they won't return my calls don't waste your time or money.
