They did a fine job the first time they came by, the tech was thorough and knowledgeable.

I don't know if they changed management or lost their techs but they've been nothing but problems since.

Saw a deal to get my water heater flushed and scheduled the appointment. Day of they show up late we have to run from an appointment to meet them. Appointment is done and the flush wasn't done.

When I called they said the tech made a note that due to a risk of freezing they weren't able to do it. Sounded like an excuse but I agreed to a follow-up appointment where the service would be complimentary.

We get scheduled for the first appointment of the day, between 8-9am. 10am rolls around and no show. I call and am told that our appointment was for 12-3pm. Unacceptable. They offer to send someone immediately. 90 minutes later we get a call they are 15 minutes away.

We have things to do so we weren't at the house. So of course the tech needs to be rerouted and the appointment rescheduled.

At this point I am done. Don't reschedule me, remove me from your list. 5 min later I get a call that the tech CAN wait for us. Nope, I told you I was done.

I'll find someone who is able to honor their commitments than you very much!

I just want to post this review as a warning to others about the dishonesty we experienced. We had a surge come through our home & damaged some of our wiring (that Idaho power fixed) and our furnace. We called Right Now Heating and Air guys in the pink trucks and they came out quickly which we appreciated! They told us our 2017 furnace was completely fried and we needed an entire new one. Quoting us 7000 dollars. Thankfully for us our home owners insurance covers home surge damage so we called them first to cover the cost. They came out and said it's a 300 dollar fix and does not need to be replaced at all. Imagine if we would have not gotten that 2nd opinion and spent 7000 dollars opposed to 300. We called out another service and the guy fixed our furnace in 10 min and charged 300. He told us Right Now Heating and Air was so dishonest.
Mind you because we had to wait for our insurance to come out and look we went without heat for 2 weeks. We have a baby and child in the home. It was the coldest 2 weeks we've had of the season to and our girls bedroom got down to 48 degrees.

Had they been honest we could have had our furnace fixed that day within 10 min and not had been freezing for 2 weeks and worried about our children freezing as well.

Complete liars and tried to scam us into buying a new furnace.

First I want to say very nice young me. But probably not trained enough. Started my job before Halloween I live in Arco the first group came from Twin Falls every day for 6 days said the job would only take 2 or 3 days told me everything was good my son came the nex day vents were blowing in crawl space pl alot of other stuf. Called them and they would make it right. Crew from Blackfoot came out sai they would have to the job all over because it had not been done right so they go to work and thrashed my home with dust clear out the house had to hire 3 women to wash the bedroom so I could use it job finally fin 5 days before Christmas they asked if I was happy with what went on I said no the told me they would send me a check for$200.00 haven't seen call they won't return my calls don't waste your time or money.

My biggest regret. I called them to get my a/c working. They charged me $684 for a capacitor condenser that costs under $100. I had two other reputable vendors come out. They both said they would have saved me over $400 from what they charged. Their prices are outlandish, service is poor and all they want to do is sell you a new system. Even the parts they use are inferior. Save yourself a lot of money and don't use them.

Alan Tibbett did a routine maintenance appointment today.
It ended up needing a part replaced.
He was kind and very afechent.
He was the most thoral in checking everything.
I was very impressed with this technician.
Very knowledgable and good at explaining what needed done.
Quick worker and plesent!
Highly recomend him!

I scheduled a service 2 weeks ago. They called and canceled the day of service and told me that they had a new person and they didn't know how to schedule. I reschedule again and took off work for their 3 hour window for the service, then I get another phone call canceling again. This reflects the company and how they do business with their customers. Very disappointing they didn't call me in the morning versus waiting until almost 6pm.

When I needed electric lines run from my circuit breaker to my relay, float switch, pump, and valves for my new irrigation system, I kept running into an issue. Sprinkler contractors would tell me they don't run electrical and Electricians would tell me they don't work on sprinkler systems.

When Tanner with Right Now Electric completed a walk-through with me for not only the sprinkler system, but also a bath circuit, ceiling fan install, and four new light fixtures, I knew I had found a gem among contractors.

Out of the three electrical companies who completed bids, only Tanner with Right Now Electric was able to provide the expertise I needed within my timeframe at a reasonable price.

Tanner and his team which included Andres, and Keegan are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, active listeners that partnered with me to find the best solutions for my older home.

Even my spouse who works on multi-million dollar capital projects with multiple trades was impressed with the quality of their work.

Well we can start with how they told us this is a ""quick one day job and we're done!"". Yeah.. except the inspection they forgot to mention. The inspection they FAILED. So they rescheduled on Valentines, they called and told us what day and time they would be back, guess we'll make it work. 9-11AM, they ring our doorbell at just past 8. Love waking up the house! Before I could answer the door, less then minute they were driving off. call the company and they come back, and they don't even know what they are fixing. AND they sent the same guy that installed it wrong the first time. We will need another inspection (another day wasted with a 9-5 time frame) and I'm sure it won't pass again. so we are already up to 4 days for a ""quick"" job.

High pressure sales, completely predatory loans.
They installed my HVAC system like a 4 year old. Thing is falling apart and they won't fix or honor there warranty at all. Homedepot who contracts them dont seem to care to honor the warranty as well. DON'T USE THESE CON ARTISTS!
