We had a seriously backed up toilet,that made our shower back up as well. It was bad... Joseph really does take the time To do things right, has great customer service skills,and explains what the issue is. If anyone I know ever has plumbing issues. I'd totally recommend!

Not a good experience. I'm a small business owner, a franchisee, but I think the plumber thought I was a corporate store because he jacked me on price. I needed a toilet tune-up (i.e. a few replacement parts, etc.)
At first, I was impressed by how quick and prompt he was; he was very close. But at the end of the job, he asks me for close to $400 worth of work for an 1 1/2 of his time. That's over $100/hour. Then I look at the invoice and he tries to charge me $26 for a new toilet handle; a $5 item at the plumbing store.
It really gets me upset, because I would have used this guy again and again if he would have treated me right. I bet if he did the same job in my house, he would have charged me half the price.

Joseph took our call, came to check the problem under the kitchen sink and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon. We did not have to call for other estimates! He took the time to explain and talk to my parents about the problem and what we can do to prevent future damage. He had great referrals for other work to be done in the house (As we are working on upgrading an older home). Joseph works with great ethic and professionalism. We've found a plumber we can trust and will call again if we have to! Don't wait, call him!
