Not a good experience. I'm a small business owner, a franchisee, but I think the plumber thought I was a corporate store because he jacked me on price. I needed a toilet tune-up (i.e. a few replacement parts, etc.)
At first, I was impressed by how quick and prompt he was; he was very close. But at the end of the job, he asks me for close to $400 worth of work for an 1 1/2 of his time. That's over $100/hour. Then I look at the invoice and he tries to charge me $26 for a new toilet handle; a $5 item at the plumbing store.
It really gets me upset, because I would have used this guy again and again if he would have treated me right. I bet if he did the same job in my house, he would have charged me half the price.

Joseph took our call, came to check the problem under the kitchen sink and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon. We did not have to call for other estimates! He took the time to explain and talk to my parents about the problem and what we can do to prevent future damage. He had great referrals for other work to be done in the house (As we are working on upgrading an older home). Joseph works with great ethic and professionalism. We've found a plumber we can trust and will call again if we have to! Don't wait, call him!

Joseph is the man! I had no hot water pressure he showed up promptly installed new isolation valves on the tankless hot water and flushed it. Now best water pressure I've have ever had since moving into this home!

I am hiring Joseph for all future plumbing services. I called 8.30am on a Saturday morning and Joseph answered immediately and arrived within an hour, as he promised. Charging $89 to unclog a toilet was worth it. He entered my home first using protective shoe covers and placed a mat down to protect the bathroom floors. He was done is less than a 1/3 hour. He accepts checks and credit cards. Joseph is professional, respectful, and does a great job. Happy to have found Right Flow Plumbing!
