I was installing new vanities in my bathroom but the drains in my wall were a few inches too low. I put out a request here to find a plumber that could relocate the drains a bit higher. Brandon was quick to respond to my work request. He was able to do schedule me in fast and showed up at the scheduled time. He was friendly, knowledgable, professional and he did exactly what I needed to get done for the bathroom that I am working on. He was very respectful of my home (wearing booties over his work boots while in my home and leaving the workspace clean). He thoroughly explained all of the work he did and left me with peace of mind that the job was done properly. I would definitely recommend Brandon with Right Connection Plumbing & Drain!

Had appliances scheduled to be delivered from Home Depot and Home Depot installers were not able to install refrigerator due to the water valve being too old (about 20 plus years) & the valve needed to be updated. I called the (same day Home Depot left) Right Connection plumbing and Brandon answered and said he was able to come same day in about 2 hours. He looked at the valve behind the fridge and explained to me what needed to be replaced, reviewed electronic paperwork and estimate the job and he was able to complete that day because he carried all the parts in his van. The estimate came about the price I was thinking maybe slightly higher however, the quality, quick response, and knowledge plumber I did not mind the estimated price.
After the job was complete he showed me the work and explained everything again. He also asked if there was anything else and that while he was there could give me the estimates. He looked at the main water line, water line to house, water softener, water heater and drainage in shower. Brandon educated me on all the different options and on all the items he reviewed. I appreciated the time he took to let me know all the details of questions asked. I love that he was knowledgeable, educated me and Gave me options for me to review with my elderly mom for her home. It is not always easy to trust plumbers/workers when booking from a different state to help out my mom. I am so glad I was able to find The Right Connection and feel comfortable to move forward with the other plumbing jobs that do need to be fixed. Will definitely use this company again.

My three toddlers managed to clog both of our toilets so I was in desperate need of quick service. I was scheduled the same day and Brandon was able to come and repair both toilets the same day. The job was done extremely professionally and way faster than I had expected. He walked me through with the problem was and showed me that the toilets worked after they were unclogged and repaired. Such a relief!! He came and did a free evaluation and then the price he quoted he honored at the end of the service. It was very affordable for my little family

We woke up to a garage full of water two days ago. We then found that our water heater had burst in the middle of the night and had started flooding our garage. We immediately scheduled three different plumbing companies to come out and address this issue and let's just say the first two aren't even worth talking about. We then had Brandon come out and start talking to us about our different options and possibly upgrading to a tankless water heater and the benefits of it. One of the contractors was extremely high priced and Brandon and the other were about the same price. Had a leak in my water main and had received other quotes to get it replaced. Brandon was the only one to mention replacing my pressure regulating valve and ball valve in order to do the job correctly. I hired Right Connection to install an auto-refill dog bowl in my kitchen and fix a wobbly toilet that was leaking under my vinyl flooring. They did a great job on both.

I have three large dogs and I've been having to refill three large water bowls DAILY so having the auto-refill bowl is a game changer! Brandon was able to connect it to the water line in the kitchen (where I wanted it) and made sure everything was properly connected without any leaks and that the bowl was functioning properly then moved onto the toilet. He wanted to make sure that the dogs could test it out while he was working on the toilet in case any issues came up with the bowl so he could fix it while he was still there. My dogs now have a constant supply of fresh water without me having to refill it daily, which is exactly what I wanted.

The toilet repair was more involved since the leak had made affected the flooring underneath. He took the time to inspect everything, fix the issue, and make sure the toilet was secured properly so I wouldn't have more problems down the road.

Right Connection is professional, on time, and cleaned up after the work was done. Pricing was fair, and I appreciated that they explained everything clearly before getting started. I'd definitely use them again. (I forgot to take a photo of the dog bowl, but will update once I get a photo)

As you all know Las Vegas water is extremely hard, I had some questions on water softeners but wasn't sure who to call. I put in a yelp request and Brandon with Right Connection Plumbing and Drain answered right away and offered same day arrival for a complimentary estimate.
