Bob and Jake showed up at exactly the time they said they would. The issues with our showers was fixed almost immediately, and the gentlemen were professional and friendly all the way through the process. I wont be looking anywhere else for plumbing issues, and when my next plumbing project comes up, I don't need to look anywhere else for who's doing the job.

They truly are the ""Right Choice""!

They get two stars for being willing to come out right away and hydrojet a conduit. The problem came when the same conduit clogged again twelve days later on a Saturday. They said they could put me on the schedule for Monday, by which time the pond would have overflowed and destroyed our lower yard. Six hundred seventy five dollars and I'm back where I started, then they tell me I'm on my own. Do not recommend.

Right Choice has been an absolute blessing. We came home from vacation to find water on our first floor pouring through the ceiling. We called and they were on site fast. The problem that caused this was our water softener drain had clogged causing the water to spew from overhead. They opened the drain line and took are of the issue the price was fair and service was prompt! ABSOLUTEY RECCOMENDED!!!

So after breaking a riding cutter head off in my line they decide to leave it there in return causing another back up in my basement. Then when I call them to come and remove the cutting head they use another cutter and break off a line on their cutting head and leave their line in my sewer and tell me that I need to dig up my line to remove their equipment. And referred me to another company to fix the issue because they do not do that. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!

These people must filter Yelp to hide all their bad reviews because I just wrote a negative review and the history is wiped clean or filtered.

Right Choice Rooter Service LLC over charged me, and when I complained only after many phone calls they finally conceded and refunded a 96.00 over charge. The Price Quote was 140.00 per hour with no travel time and broken to quarter hour increments. They were on the job for about 45 minutes and the final bill came to $330.00. less refund of 96.00 the final bill was still $234.00 and not $140.00 at 1 1/4 hours so the bill should have been about $175.00 plus tax.
It was explained to me like this: #1 They arrived at 4:23 PM. (Remember now that the people on site said they were there for about 45 mins.) I received a phone call at 5:33 explaining the completion and final billing. Now, 4:23 to 5:33 is one hour and ten minutes. Broken into quarter hr. increments 1 1/4 hours.

(They said that between the arrival time of 4:23 and 4:30 was 1/4 hr.) then from 4:30 to 5:30 was 1 hour. and finally the last three minutes to call me was another 1/4 hour for a total of 1 1/2 hours or double their actual time of 45 minutes.

It was then explained that they charged for an extra man 65.00 per hr. There was an extra man alright, but the person never entered the house and just sat in the truck.

When the lady called to tell me that they were going refund 96.00 for the extra man she asked me to never call them again!!!!!!! As if they were doing me a huge favor by agreeing to a partial refund! She then called me again asking me to remove the bad review and I said that I would wright a follow up review once the check cleared. She then said that they contacted their attorney to sue me for slander. Well, Guess What? You can't sue someone for telling the truth or facts on a review!
I would never use these people again and just let it go as bad experience with WRONG CHOICE ROOTER SERVICE LLC!
