Right Choice came out and replaced our hot water heater in the attic. they did a great job and cleaned up with nothing left behind. while here I asked the installer if he could put in a new kitchen faucet. He also did that job, all of this work was started around 5;30 and ended about 7:00 and that didn't charge a surcharge for working later.

They were to be at my home bewteen 2 & 4 to fix my reverse osmosis set up. The plumber called me when he was on my way and they were ON-TIME!

Too expensive. They charge about $500 per hour without even telling you what the exact problem will be. You need to agree on the payment without knowing what the problem is

I requested a water connection for my refrigerator but the water connection behind my appliance was dry. Austin with Right Choice was able to run a line from beneath my sink and through my cabinets on the spot. I am very happy I called them and was able to receive such wonderful service. We had water damage on our ceiling tile and had two plumbers come out, each say two different things caused it and left us confused and worried. We decided to call right choice plumbing to finally put the mattee to rest. Their team came out and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. As a first time homeowner they could have taken advantage of us but thankfully they are honest comapany and remedied my simple leak at an affordable cost and even recommended a cost effective option to fix our drywall. We will for sure be calling on this fantastic small, family owned business in the future.

Very honest and trustworthy. Flexible with scheduling. Able to find alternate solutions which is important when you have an older house. They were able to fish a line hot water recirculating line for my hot water heater from 2 story attic down to the master bedroom.
