I made an appointment for a Friday between 9 & 11 to have my kitchen sink repaired. The plumber arrived at 11:15. After an hour, he determined he could not fix it (and actually, he made it much worse - only a small trickle of water would come out), and said he'd be back the following day. I confirmed with the main office the following morning, who said a plumber would be out between 12 & 4. At 4:00 that day, after no one arrived or called, after being held captive in my house waiting, I called the office, only to find it had closed for the day. No one called me. On Monday, after days without a working sink, I called the plumber again, and we agreed that the next appointment would be made at my convenience so that I would not miss work. He asked what time I got up in the morning. I said ""6:00,"" and he said that's when he would be at my house. I confirmed the time again later that afternoon. At 6:00 in the morning, I received at text saying he would leave his office in 10 minutes. He arrived at my house at 7:00, an hour later than promised. The faucet was successfully replaced, but I was very late to work. Through all of this, I was never offered an apology, which would have made a world of difference. For me, Right Choice was the Wrong Choice.
