If i could I would give 10 stars.

Prior to calling them I called a different plumber and after him spend 90 mins changing a hose he said oh that didn't work you're going to need a whole new toilet. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I'm so happy I did.

I called these guys on Friday @ 10am and they were here before 12pm. They fixed the problem in about 20 mins.

When it rains it pours!!!

I had a main sewer clog and I called three plumbers and the first two said
they were too busy to come out right away. I called Jose and he said
would be down in 30 minutes and would offer a free quote. The problem was
a little bit more intense that his initial quote, but he charged me the same price.

I am very picky on who I allow in my home to do any work and Jose will be my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs. Thank you for being honest!

Right Choice for all our plumbing needs! Absolute work done with pride; he is detail-oriented and very much of a perfectionist. Honest plumbing with inexpensive, fair pricing to comparable work. Neat, clean and professional. His work ethic in itself is excellent. He has all tools and merchandise ready to go. Most importantly though, he makes himself available and is considerate!!! He's waived several fees in the past and, one time, did not charge us anything when he found the issue within 5 minutes of being in our home. Also, his work is guaranteed, and he takes accountability. Totally a trustworthy plumber and would definitely continue to contract and refer him. He is one of a kind!

My bathtub spout wouldn't stop spewing water, even after the handle was set to off. It's a new home, so didn't know what the cause could be. I took the casing off and tried to turn the metal bar, but that didn't work either. So I shut the water off to my home, around 4 PM, and got on the phones to find a plumber.

Most that I called didn't have very good phone manner. They were all busy anyway, and couldn't make it same-day.

Finally, I called Right Choice Plumbing, and a guy named Jose answered. He was courteous, professional, and though he was busy that day, he said he'd squeeze me in.

He came over around 6 PM and was done by 6:45 PM. He had an assistant with him, and they were both great. He told me what he was going to do, and showed me the parts that didn't work anymore. He uses American made pieces to replace, which I greatly appreciated. You can find cheaper parts or limitations, but I'd rather have the durability/reliability.

He takes Cash or Check -- and gives you an invoice. This job was $95 for labor, and $50 for the part. Always happy to pay a great price for a great company. Use them - you won't regret it.

Found a gas leak under my house, and called Right Choice immediately to get it fixed. Jose, the owner, was very professional & knowledgeable to what is going on. He did a really good inspection about the leak and what is needed to do. Upon fixing the problems with my gas line, i knew that he really knows what he is doing. So, i decided to ask him to do another project for me, to run a gas and water line to my garage. Finished and cleaned all the projects professionally.

Very nice person, knowledgeable, easy to ask anything, & does his work with pride.

No matter how big or small the problem is, he'll do it for you.

Definitely would recommend RIGHT CHOICE PLUMBING to everyone.

So on a Sunday morning our hot water heater cut out and stopped working... On a SUNDAY for crying out loud!!!

I messed with it a little to see if I could get it going. I narrowed it down to the thermocouple. I called Jose at about 2:30 to see if he could check it out and fix it. He was already on a job but said he would swing by when he was done... He showed up a few hours later confirmed what I thought, swapped out the thermocouple and fired it up.

Price wasn't too bad... $70 for the service call and $15 for the part. In and out in a half an hour. I try to tackle most stuff like this on my own, but for anything out of my comfort zone... I'll call Jose again!!!
