Last week our Hot Water Heater started acting up and water was going out the pressure relief valve at the top and draining from the pipe. Chris and Shane from Right Choice came and accessed the job . They were approved through my home warranty coverage. Yesterday they were scheduled to come and replace the unit as it was too old to repair anything. Chris texted me to let me know that they would be late getting to my home because of an issue at the job prior to mine. I thought they would probably postpone until the next day, but they did not. They came over, although late, and stayed until they finished the job. The installation of the new water heater is great, good quality workmanship. It looks very professional and nothing looks sloppy or thrown together.

The Old Republic insurance paid for itself when it replaced one of my AC units (4 ton). Chris/Right Choice got the call and came out in 115+ heat, checked out the unit and crawled up in the attic. Smart guy. Knows his stuff. Getting the replacement unit took a little while (common these days), but it got installed yesterday.

Was referred to Right Choice by a home protection provider. Our A/C was not cooling much in the very hot weather. Right Choice determined it was a slow freon leak. They added freon and then stayed to make sure the A/C was cooling. They were done in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the job they did.

Chris replaced several faucets for us. He was easy to communicate with via text and always showed up as scheduled. He and his assistant Nathan both wore masks and always cleaned up the work area. When some small adjustments were needed, Chris came back and took care of that as well. For us, this was the ""right choice"" and we will call him again if we have future plumbing issues.

I had the please of working with Chris at Right Choice Air Conditioning these past 3 weeks. I was working with my home warranty who referred Chris to us. Unfortunately, my home warranty company had some issues when ordering my new equipment. However, Chris was right there with me the whole time as I was frustrated with not having my air conditioner fixed. He was available every time I called and texted to see if he had any updates. He went above and beyond working with my home warranty company to get the proper equipment. He even drove to Fontana to pick up the equipment so we didn't have to wait any longer for the delivery and he showed up after hours to install the equipment so we didn't have to wait another day for cool air. I will definitely be using Right Choice Air Conditioning again. Thank you so much!!!! Great service and communication!! Not to mention, the work was done flawlessly.
