Our warranty sent us right choice air conditioning and plumbing to help with our plumbing needs . We explained we had a stopage in the main water line and all they did was come out and stick a snake in our toilet then removed the toilet and never checked anything else because they didn't have the equipment for anything else. He sent another technician the next day whom basically came to do the same thing the owner Chris did and this time damaged our brand new toilets . I called Chris and sent him photos of the damage and all he did was deny all damages and then had his technician call me to deny the damages as well . He later came to my home to look at the damages and still denied they damages our toilets. He refused to replace or take care of any damages . He said it would cost him more to go through his insurance but still said they didn't do it so they would cover damages . Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! THEY ARE A SCAM. they just want the check from warranty and not fix anything! They also left a complete mess and poured the toilet water in the shower and just left it there . I will post pictures of damages here . I high recommend to run from this company specially if your warranty sends you to them . Save your self the damages .

Amazing service and worth every star if not more. The compressor on my AC unit wasn't working and I had to go through a Home Warranty company to have a service provider assigned and a new part ordered. As it turns out Right Choice was the right choice. Once the part was received Chris and Shane arrived at what was probably the end of their workday and started working on the unit late into the evening which by then required a flashlight. They diligently and methodically persevered through the heat and dark, staying until the AC was fully working. Thank you for the outrageously great customer service. I definitely recommend Right Choice and will use again.

I will only use Chris and his tech in the future. They are miracle workers! Chris was originally sent by my home warranty company. SoCal gas had been out to do a check on all our gas appliances so had turned off the gas to the water heater and had been unable to reignite the pilot light. The first company sent by the warranty company was unable to reignite my water heater and recommended replacing the entire tank but didn't have time on their schedule. So the warranty company called Chris who came out the next day and was able to reignite the pilot light despite it being old and finicky. The following month, the gas was turned off again for a different issue, and of course, those techs couldn't get the pilot light to turn on. I called Chris (after 5pm) in a panic as I had guests coming the next morning. He said he would come by later that evening. He did and was able to get the pilot light back on.

This past weekend, the garbage disposal stopped working. Chris wasn't available so I called RotoRooter. Their tech said that the disposal was full of broken ceramic pieces and was dead but there was no issues with the draining of the kitchen sink so I didn't have him replace the disposal as I have a home warranty that could do it. But then the next evening, the dishwasher drained into the kitchen sink and was in danger of overflowing onto the floor. RotoRooter did not have any available techs so I called Chris. He said they could come by in 2 hours, and they did! His tech was able to unclog the disposal and get it working again! Miracle workers!

All I ask of an AC repair company is first to be honest, second to be respectful, especially of my time, and third to be competent having the knowledge and skills to repair my system. Chris and his team had none of these attributes.

Last week our Hot Water Heater started acting up and water was going out the pressure relief valve at the top and draining from the pipe. Chris and Shane from Right Choice came and accessed the job . They were approved through my home warranty coverage. Yesterday they were scheduled to come and replace the unit as it was too old to repair anything. Chris texted me to let me know that they would be late getting to my home because of an issue at the job prior to mine. I thought they would probably postpone until the next day, but they did not. They came over, although late, and stayed until they finished the job. The installation of the new water heater is great, good quality workmanship. It looks very professional and nothing looks sloppy or thrown together.

I would highly recommend Right Choice!
