I HAD TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT,LOL, BAD NEWS
All Readers, Please Read: called in for ac service,9/2/20. They came at 4pm. Very bad communication.i had to stay on them, no response....

PS to be continued:

1 didn't show up on time
2 poor communication
3 appearance dirty
4 bad attitude
5 removed a item and don't know to put it back on.
6 had to call another ac service to repair whàt needed to finish.

When you get something repaired you should really feel good after it was repaired and it's working you should never have to feel the way I feel having a rude individual not do the repair correctly and leave it that way I advise you find somebody else to do your repairs he's terrible. USMC

Those are good things to say to a customer. There will be more unhappy customers because of the issues I mentioned.

Our Ac went out a few days ago late in the day. Chris and Nathan showed up the next morning and helped fix the problem in lightning speed. I have an older unit, and they were very knowledgeable about what is to come in the future. They were not pushy, over sellers, or rude by any means! Great service, great company, great people. Chris and his crew arrived on time on a holiday weekend at that! I've used his services twice now and he has always been punctual. Right Choice is very helpful and great at what they do. Most important, they are trustworthy! I will definitely give Chris at Right Choice a call if I need a great plumber again.

My A/C Furnace unit went out late Sunday afternoon. I contacted Chris via a referral. He said he could stop by on Monday afternoon. Sure enough, on Monday afternoon Chris and his assistant arrived. They conducted a diagnostics on the unit and determined what was wrong with the system. The nice thing was....he had the part in his truck. Chris was able to change the part on the spot and get my A/C running right away. :) That was amazingly AWESOME for the desert!! I also had another part that was starting to seize (20-yrs old), they ran out and got a replacement part, came back and installed it right away. They provided excellent service, were courteous, transparent, and extremely competent. I definitely recommend Chris and Right Choice Air Conditioning and Plumbing!!

I called our home warranty plan on a Saturday afternoon. WithIn an hour Chris called and said he would be at our home within an hour. They were able to fix our hot water heater in no time. They also discovered another issue and were awesome about getting the needed parts to fix that issue as well.

I had a big water leak coming from a toilet on a holiday weekend. Chris came out late on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and fixed it. I later had another leaking toilet and kitchen faucet. He came out and diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and has kept in close touch with me regarding the repairs. I really value this type of personal and professional service! I highly recommend trying this company!

Amazing amazing. I have a warranty company for my rental property in Desert Hot Springs and I called them when the AC wasn't working. They kept sending out people who couldn't diagnose the problem or would do some awful patch work. I knew Chris from previous meticulous work he had done for me (painting, cabinets, plumbing, electrical). He came right out, cleaned , repaired and replaced everything in record time in 100 degree heat. He even complied with the warranty companies paperwork because he keeps excellent documentation, which authorized him as an outside contractor but would allow me to be reimbursed.
He's very pleasant to work with and maintains good communication throughout. I can't say enough good things about him. He can do it all.
