Absolute horrible company to deal with! We had a bathroom pipe get clogged while we had out of town visitors. I called my home owners insurance who had right call solutions pick up the job as priority. Well this was on a Saturday and this company does not work weekends. I called them twice over the weekend and left messages if they could please call me to let me know what day or time they might show up to help us. I didn't hear anything back until Monday morning.

When they showed up the main guy was pretty arrogant and short. Didn't seem to be to personal and any question I had he made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. Anyways they couldn't fix the problem and said they would have to come back with a camera but it wouldn't be back that day. Mind you I have myself, my pregnant wife, a 6 year old, a 4 year old, and four other adults visiting and now we are going on day 4 with raw sewage in our tub and only one bathroom and shower left in the house.

The company's secretary called later that day to say they would be back the next day between 11-2:30 or something like that. Well 3 o'clock rolls around and no show. I called them and asked if they were still coming and she said "no, due to the weather and that they would be by tomorrow" so basically 5 days with that many people in my house and raw sewage in the tub. I replied forget about it and hung up. The weather had lightly rained earlier but at the time the sun was out and clear sky's for over 4 hours.

DO NOT USE this company!!! They treat you like crap and don't have the respect or professionalism to even call to give you a heads up. If your home owners insurance recommends them ask to have another company come out. 1 start quality at best. I feel like if they pick up your job from the home owners insurance they don't give a crap about you and your job is on the back burner.

Poor communication and poor customer service. First time technician came out, he left my home with more issue than when he came. I called and informed them and they could care less and just ignored the issue. They rarely pick up the phone or respond back. Wouldn't recommend them at all and if your home warranty issues them, I would recommend asking for another company.

The number I had been using to contact this company was (972) 532-0992. I paid $75 to have them checked out my kitchen faucet leakage via Fidelity National Warranty. They came and said they had to order the parts but never came back. I followed up with my warranty company and them multiple times but they still hadn't showed up. They promised they would for a couple times and ended up no shows. They kept saying there's a logistic issue all over the country which was a standard lie. I ended up have to call another contractor they came the next day and replaced the kitchen faucet for me. It's very frustrating that I had call over and over and waited for 4 months and they never fixed the issue. Don't take a warranty job and earned an inspection fee if you can't manage to take the job. I wouldn't recommend this company with or without home warranty.

Waited all day today they never came, second time dealing with them. First time guy showed at last minute and left truck running and said yes your water heater is leaking but we don't work on that brand. This morning I called left message to confirm appointment and never return the call... piss poor company don't use them

Home warranty assigned this company to fix my broken A/C system. A tech came out to look at the system. After about 2 weeks they had not submitted a report to the home warranty company. After several complaints to the home warranty company, it was able to finally contact them 3 weeks after they had been at my house. A couple of weeks later, they schedule an appointment to rebuild the unit and compressor. A couple of months later, the newly rebuilt A/C is not functioning.

Home warranty company selected this company for my repair needs. They came out, very professional, and checked out the problem. It has now been 7 days since the visit and they have not submitted a report to my home warranty company. So, I haven't been able to get my A/C unit fixed...oh, did I mention is hot as hell outside.
Since this is ongoing, I will update this as things improve or don't.

Right Call Solutions was selected to service our AC units through our home warranty provider. They showed up to our home without a ladder, even though we stated that our units were on the roof. They ensured us they would be back and would take care of our AC service as needed. They didn't give us a time or date on when they would be back So we called the next day. We got their voicemail and left a message, but we got no response (even days after). Our home warranty provider finally got in touch with someone from Right Call Solutions they rescheduled for a week from the original service date. That day comes and they are complete NO SHOWS. When we tried to call and received their voicemail again, even though it was during business hours. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. We are disappointed with the service, or in our case, lack-of service.

I understand many Texans had issues due to the ice storm, and my issue may not be as severe. And yes, I know they're swamped- but all I was asking for was a simple phone call that could take 2 minutes. It's been 3 weeks since they came out- zero communication from them on "next steps". My home warranty company they never reported back after they came out to take pictures. So no part(s) ordered and no action by them. All I wanted was a callback to set expectations but common courtesy is severely lacking at this organization. Totally unprofessional.

Stay away at all costs. This company was contracted by my home warranty company and they absolutely screwed it up. I needed my toilet reseated and the tech came out. The bolts were rusted so he tried a saws all to cut them. Well, he got one done then his saw stopped working. What did he do? He rocked the toilet back and forth until the other bolt broke along with the toilet flange. He left and went back to his shop and made his report. He told them that parts were missing and sent that report to the home warranty company who promptly denied my claim
I found a reputable plumbing company to come and estimate the fix. They said about 800 to 1000 dollars because they have to go into the floor and replace the lead and broken flange. So if you need a plumber, find another company. I tried for 3 days straight to get management to call me back but nothing yet. I doubt I'll hear from them.
