After having another drain cleaning company attempt to clear a bathroom sink drain unsuccessfully we were referred to Right Away. We were able to quickly book an appointment, they arrived on time and within 30 minutes had cleared the drain and put everything back together. It was a pretty simple clog and none of us can understand why the other company was unable to do this. And they were less expensive than the first company.

They'll get the job done quickly, reliably and with courtesy and professional communication.

Our sewer backed up and they were flexible with coming out at a good time for us. I recommend getting the camera scope: it's worth the additional charge so that you and they can see exactly what's going on in there. Spoiler alert: it's lots of tree roots... for our house and yard, anyway. Your footage may vary.

They're a very good team and they got everything cleared out from a full sewer blockage much more quickly than we expected.

Rates are good, much cheaper than our previous sewer cleaning from a different company, which didn't even include the scope (or maybe it included the scope, but they didn't bother to show us).

This is an easy five-star rating!

We've had Pablo come out twice, once to auger a sewer line and a 2nd time to remove/install a water heater and replace some copper tubing.
He returned our phone calls in less than an hour. He is very pleasant, attentive and leaves a tidy worksite.

Had a clogged secondary drain line, serving my Kitchen and Utility/Laundry. Came home to that on a Wednesday evening after work. Knowing that there was some urgency, I took to the internet to try and find a drain cleaning service, as I have not serviced my drains in well over 10 years. Right Away was quick to answer, and provided me a quote and estimated arrival time right over the phone.
I am so thankful for the quick response, and the great service performed upon arrival. And the great friendly attitude to answer questions and explain the repair as it was being done, Fought with the drain a little bit, but ended up clearing my blockage, and put everything back together, even improved some of my DIY drain piping at the laundry tub, that was functional but not really 'good'. Will not hesitate to call Right Away for my next issue.

Can say enough great things about right away sewer and drain cleaning. Called on a sunday and they came to our house within the hour.
