Finding a relatable plumbing company in the city of Chicago can be a daunting task. Tony has a ton of experience, he is one of these few guys you meet and you instantly know you are in good hands. Not only is he reliable, but he is always extremely fair. Highly recommended!

Do.Not.Call.If.You.Have.An.Emergency! I called Right Away Plumbing a little after midnight. We had a water leak. A very bad water leak. No one ever called us back. I called at least three times between midnight and 3:00am. They DO NOT have EMERGENCY services.

Sunday morning woke up, flushed my toilet and it didn't stop flushing. searched out Right Away, saw good reviews and called. Within a few hours like they said on the phone, Jorge was here and did an amazing job! I am very happy with the service and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks you for your help!

Same day service after requesting a quote that morning. Jorge came after a full day of appointments and was friendly and helpful. He worked around a busy family (2 kids and 2 dogs at dinner time!) and was efficient in snaking the clog in our pipe. We hope to not have any more plumbing issues, but in the event that we do, Jorge is our speed dial 1! We cannot recommend him and Right Away Plumbing too highly.

They got to my house & got it fixed same day. The price was higher than what others quoted, however, by about $70 so be aware that they are probably not the best deal for a routine issue like wax ring replacement. But they did do the job quickly & correctly.

Found Right Away away on Yelp just before New Year's Eve for an emergency plumbing issue in the basement of our condo building--our building plumber was not available. Sooo glad we found them. Pleasure to work with at all levels of service, from Tony, the owner, Edwin, office manager, and George, technician, all are very responsive, accommodating, professional and easy to communicate with. As a Board member of our condo association for several years and having experienced working with countless service providers, I wish all of them would follow RA's model. It is very evident they understand the importance of loyal customers and do what it takes to earn them every step of the way. We have called them for several other projects now and continue to expand the relationship.

no-show twice!!! never choose this company! I had a fridge pipe leaking issue happened 1 week ago, made an appointment via phone. Everything was great on the phone conversations. But on the day of schedule, actually yesterday, I got a call said the plumber was ill, there's no one else can do the job. So ok, I rescheduled today, I received a call again saying that the plumber can't find a place to park so he left! How ridiculous! if you do business like this, I don't think you will get clients any more...

George and George came on time and took the time to ensure that I understood what they were seeing, how they were planning to remedy the issues, and even gave me some tips to prevent some future instances of clogging in the future! Not something you see everyday. Oh -- and did I mention that this was a SAME DAY appointment? They were the first to respond and I went with them given everything I had seen on here. I wasn't disappointed. They were knowledgeable and very fast - but careful about the work they were doing. Highly recommend them to anybody and I will certainly use them for future plumbing needs.

I reached out to them on Saturday evening through the Yelp app. I received a response within minutes and an estimated total. They were able to come Monday morning to complete the repairs. A gentleman called me before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Tony and Edgar were the gentlemen who completed the repairs and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, extremely friendly and let me know everything they were doing. I highly recommend Right Away!
